Scanner did not function!
Scanner was not working requested equal exchange and new item never showed up. trucking says missing package and after two times calling still could not solve the problem.

Love this printer
This is the easiest printer I have ever set up. I worked for 47 years and in that time went through many printers. This one is incredible!

Terrible Pinter

Good Value
Printer work great right out of the box. You just need to use the printer’s built in web server page to setup all of the different functions. Apps and software downloads used for setup is not sufficient.

Not worth the costs
This printer was perfect for maybe the first week or so that we had it. After having it for several months now I realized it was not worth buying after all. It constantly disconnects and goes offline in the middle of printing things and you have to turn it off for about 5 mins just to try and start all over again. This machine is made very poorly the unit itself is such thin plastic it feels like you could break off the front door when you open it. Definite downgrade quality-wise not price-wise from my previous HP laser printer.

We loved our first HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw but the second one we bought constantly jammed. We returned it and bought another one and this one seems fine. We are only at day 2 with this one so we will see.

This printer is the best. At my office I have one of the large office style copiers and at home this beauty. This one out performs the other one hands down. It is faster has more vibrant color and many more features inside. I also got a great deal on this one so that made the pot even sweeter.

Do not Buy - Over-priced piece of crap
Had better $70 printers 1. had a lot of problems even getting it to connect to my older computer. 2. Print quality on photos is very poor even when you adjust it to its highest quality. 3. A great printer at a great price
I needed a Mac “Catalina” compatible printer to replace my 15 year old xerox color laser printer. So far this printer is faster smaller and networking couldn’t have been easier. Very happy.
