This item was better than expected
I needed a cheap laptop to use for several months as I travel. This Acer Aspire 3 laptop is better than I expected. It has rather low memory and a small hard drive but it runs surprisingly well with the low impact programs I'm running. I wouldn't suggest installing any high intensity CAD or gaming programs. The only negative so far is the touchpad sensitivity. It's...

Six months later-pad stopped working
That is all I have to say. Device now requires an external mouse pad. Lousy construction.

OK for a Windows laptop
I'll begin by saying I'm a Mac person who hates Windows, but I needed a Windows machine in order to run a publishing app made only for Windows 11. The Acer Aspire fills the bill for the price. Excellent choice
Very satisfied. This is a backup computer for me. I'm surprised by the speed. Easy setup. I added Chrome. For basic surfing, email, streaming, this computer is outstanding for its price.

Good basic laptop
This has been a stable product for years, and I got the version with no touch screen, as a basic work computer. I don't play games. There is no apparent problem with the computer, and the price and reputation of reliability for this model were deciding factors. It is of ordinary thickness, appearance and weight. It is medium sized.
