What a mess
If I hadnāt called to check the status of my order, I wouldnāt have known that it was somehow CANCELLED ! Trying to get a new order placed was a nightmareā¦.various reps, several phone calls later, the new order was placed and my card was CHARGED TWICE
It took almost a week to get THAT resolved
The entire computer system was fouled up.

Better tan most pod coffee
Decent price (as far as pods go which is ridiculous) in comparison to otherās with their discount. After a small glitch with wrong product being delivered they sent the courier back and had the right stuff delivered pretty quickly.
