the mouse is unusable
it does not connect to the USB takes too much time moving from place to place. sometimes just disappears.

Excellent product,
Does what's promised: not entirely silent but close enough. I press fairly hard on the keys and if you don't, it is almost completely silent. Not sure how long the batteries last yet, but that's a detail. So far I've had it for at least 3 or 4 weeks, used it daily sometimes for several hours and it's been great. Nice!
not 100% noiseless, but better than the normal keyboard & mouse! I'm a WFH mom whose baby sleeps on me while I work, so I wanted a quieter environment for his contact naps. :-)

Lost chip
It was great while it lasted. I loved it. I was moving my house around when i realized it was missing. I had my keyboard only 3 days before this happened. Currently using my older, louder keyboard.

Love this silent keyboard
I bought one and everyone was jealous. So I bought them for everyone in the office. We don't hear each other typing and it feels nice on the fingertips. It makes typing more fun.

Great reasonably priced keyboard
I really like the keyboard especially the silent feature. It is quite light weight but with rubber feet it stays in place. I took off one star for the mouse it is kind if cheesy so I bought another.

Key letter not so good
