the mouse is unusable
it does not connect to the USB takes too much time moving from place to place. sometimes just disappears.

Excellent product,
Does what's promised: not entirely silent but close enough. I press fairly hard on the keys and if you don't, it is almost completely silent. Not sure how long the batteries last yet, but that's a detail. So far I've had it for at least 3 or 4 weeks, used it daily sometimes for several hours and it's been great. Lost chip
It was great while it lasted. I loved it. I was moving my house around when i realized it was missing. I had my keyboard only 3 days before this happened. Currently using my older, louder keyboard.

Love this silent keyboard
