Super technology especially for someone with speci
This microwave is perfect for everyone especially along with special needs.
It’s quiet you press the button in the door opens you place your food in there’s all kinds of special buttons to press depending on what you heating/cooking.
Very easy cleanup because once again the door opens and this makes it very easy.
I would highly recommend this Sharpe to everyone.

Sharp Microwave is EXPENSIVE and did not LAST

Would buy again
I really like the microwave drawer and we have used it for 16 months now. However, I wish the Sharp company had put a lighted panel for the touch screen. Would love not to have to turn on a light to see which buttons to push after dark. I would buy again but Sharp needs to add this feature

Overall great but repair irritating
Very useful product. Used daily in our house for over 6 1/2 years.
Criticism is when the touch panel stopped responding, the only repair was to replace the entire assembly. However I figured out it was the connection that was faulty and disassembled, gave some semiconductor cleaner, reassembled and it has been working like new since then.

Could be a little more powerful but overall .....
nice unit with nice features, offers a lot of programing making thawing easier as well as reheating. Looks good but just wish it were a bit more powerful

Convenient and easy to use
The sliding microwave is large enough for any of my dishes, but compact and saves space. I can put an air fryer or toaster right above where I would normally place a microwave. A little concerned about potential messes and cleaning but so far, it's spotless and easy to maintain.

Poor Quality
Draw makes jerky movements to open and close, doubting it will make it to the end of warranty. Touch buttons are horrible, takes multiple stabs before anything registers. Frustrating to say the least.

Great Under Counter Microwave
This microwave fits under our countertop which gave us a lot of flexibility in the kitchen layout.
It works well, though our original microwave stopped working after 5 years. We replaced it with a new one because it would fit in the same space but I am concerned about it's longterm reliability.

Sleek and efficient

Really Sharp!!!
We absolutely love our new built in microwave from sharp! The features, functionality, and most importantly the warming and cooking capabilities are amazing! This microwave is a huge upgrade from our previous LG model that we really enjoyed.

Good, with shortcomings
This does a great job at what it was designed to do. I wish it had a carousel, the absence of which we weren't aware of. The one other issue we have is that we heat drinks at night- if you put to much in the mug, it sloshes out.

Keep looking for another microwave drawer!
Bought this unit and had it installed three days ago. Needs service already. The door of the drawer is not closing properly, and needs adjustment by a technician. Also, at times it adds an extra30 seconds of cooking time without you having asked it to do so. Suggestive of quite poor quality control.

Too expensive for what its worth
Great when it works, but only lasted a few years, quit working (magentron issue, research class action lawsuit). Repair only allowed by Sharp technician costs half purchase price of new unit.

Brand new Sharp drawer
Moved into a house with a brand new Sharp microwave drawer. Still have the paperwork and everything. This thing went out less than 2 years in. Same thing happened with a friend of mine who had the same microwave. These things cost over 1k to replace . I’ve had microwaves for over 5 years before and never had issues. Do not buy this.

Nice microwave
We love the flip down control center. It’s easy to see from above without crouching down. Our only disappointment is that it’s not as powerful as our former built in (above counter) microwave but we knew that when we read the specs. It seems expensive but it’s great to have it out of sight on the island.

Sharp microwave drawer
I purchased this Sharp microwave drawer to replace my original Sharp that we bought 13 years ago. I loved that unit, but it kept blowing fuses so we decided to replace it. This newer version is not as solid as the old one, has fewer features, and rattles when it goes in & out. I'm not happy with Sharp taking away nice features. I wish I had my old unit back!!
