Nice microwave
We love the flip down control center. It’s easy to see from above without crouching down. Our only disappointment is that it’s not as powerful as our former built in (above counter) microwave but we knew that when we read the specs. It seems expensive but it’s great to have it out of sight on the island.

Sharp microwave drawer
I purchased this Sharp microwave drawer to replace my original Sharp that we bought 13 years ago. I loved that unit, but it kept blowing fuses so we decided to replace it. This newer version is not as solid as the old one, has fewer features, and rattles when it goes in & out. I'm not happy with Sharp taking away nice features. I wish I had my old unit back!!

New kitchen, new microwave
I love the drawer aspect of the microwave and the preprogrammed features are very helpful. It looks great in the kitchen. If I could change anything it would be to have the panel backlit and have a turntable be part of the unit.

New Microwave
Overall, the microwave works fine. However, we wish it had more power. Our last microwave was 1200 watts, and this model is 950 watts, so some things take a bit longer to cook.

This is the best microwave we have ever owned. It saves space and has a mostly accurate reheat feature. I do wish however that it had a defrost feature for bread.

Drawer Microwave Oven
So far the powered drawer and electronic controls have worked as they should. I like being able to see what I’m cooking so the jury is still out on that feature. Still getting used to opening a drawer rather than a door.

Can I Just Get a Link to the Install Manual?
Even if this is the best microwave ever created, the fact that Sharp can't just link to an install manual from the page is kind of frustrating.

So far So good !!!
It took a while but we found what we were looking for AND some..!! Looks really good with our black/brown cabinets and was easy to install. I was replacing a old one and I was directed to Sharp by my brother. Glad he said something.! I was looking for a "w" brand but they never got back to me. This is way better

Not a quiet microwave
A little disappointed in how loud this microwave is - it almost rattles. The control board that pulls out appears to be of poor quality and I hope it can withstand a few years of service.

Problem with new microwave
Replaced older sharp microwave because of electrical arching and sparks. My model and dates confirmed to the settlement of the class action suit, however, my claim was denied! It is now in appeal.

Not a tough appliance. Has to be handled gently.
It is ok. It is great when it works but I find this Microwave to be finicky. It has to sit just right and be operated carefully to work. It is not even one year since I bought it and electronics is showing the sign of breaking. Can't recommend to friends.
