This is a replacement of the identical model that we had for 12 years. Not 1 oz of problems in that 12-year period. Finally it just"burned" out. We went right back to the same model, with the same dimensions and this drawer microwave slipped right back in as if it always had been there. Four screws and plug it in! Even after 12 years visitors were commenting on how neat...

Bot worth the premium
The drawer concept is flawed. The microwave has a handle, but apparently if you use it to manually open and close the microwave it can can a switch to come out of position. This prevents the microwave from heating even though it looks like it’s working. We had to pay almost the cost of a new, conventional microwave just to get it fixed. Love this Sharp
Bought this as a replacement for my 12 year old Sharp microwave drawer. Simplistic install ever! 4 screws hold it in place. Took 15 minutes to swap out the old with this exact replacement for my old one.

Excellent drawer microwave that stands above the other manufacturers' in both fit and finish. It installs into the counter and is best utilized at about waist level - just under the countertop. Great microwave
It works great and we especially like the drawer. The one downside is the clock light. It is very bright and there is no way to dim it. We cover it so we can still use it when programming it. If they added a programmable dimmer it would be a big help

Very Impressed
I received this microwave second hand when my dad's customer was redesigning her kitchen. I knew nothing about this microwave, but I am so thankful to have it! The heating mechanism warms my food up evenly, I love the Keep Warm feature, it kept my fried chicken crispy and hot!

New Construction Home
This came with a new house. I do not like under the counter microwaves. It is a stronger microwave heating things quickly. It doesn’t have a turntable so it doesn’t cook evenly.
