Hey there. We want to ensure your LG portable A/C works correctly so you can stay cool and sleep without the noise. Installing the vent hose kit to the window incorrectly can cause the unit to raddle and be noisy. Check out the owner manual on page 12 on properly connecting the vent hose to the window panel.
