Lg portable 10k ac unit
We needed a multi purpose ac with heater unit . After some research we decided on thisn10k unit with heater . Stopped blowing cold air after 2 seasons
The unit stopped working after 2 seasons and it is economically tough choice either to fix it or buy a new better unit. I won't buy it again.

I bought this a month ago. The first problem was that you have to assemble the exhaust hose ends onto the hose. I could not get the piece that attaches to the window to completely seal onto the hose. Had to use duct tape to completely seal it off from the outside air. I also had to use electrical tape to close off openings on the plastic window insert. The unit also ra...

Dual Heater and A/C
Very pleased so far! Just tried out the heat function in our new Sunroom and and your product did an outstanding job! Just hoping the A/C portion will do as well!

I just want to product that works.
I like LG products, but this particular one did not work at all. From the time I got it until the time I was reimbursed, the product never really worked. It did not cool, and eventually did not heat. Portable heat,cool,dehumidifier, and fan unit
Great unit for the price, I purchased it for a all season sun room and the dehumidifier option is nice because we do not use the heat or air conditioning modes for about 6 months a year and it keeps the room dry

Everything thing you need in an air conditioner
Replace the lg a/cs I bought by 14 years ago. We used them all the time and they finally wore out. New ones work even better. Very happy.

Exactly what I expect from an LG
This thing is a beast! Surprisingly efficient and heats my flat so well, I kicked the temperature down 2 degrees lower than I usually have it set on. However, if you live in a humid area, definitely set up the drainage lines, otherwise you’ll be emptying this twice a day.

Great features
I bought this 1year ago and A/C works great just this year decide to try the heat pump once I got the pump cleaned out work fantastic.Nice not having to put one in and out window.

cools great
been using this for a month. so far, it cools the room off just great. thermostat seems a bit off though. i have it set on 78 right now and it feels like 72 and wont turn off (until i hit the power button). not a big problem for me since it is in my work office and i turn it on when when i arrive and turn it off when i leave.

Awesome in room AC, keeps it at the right temp!!
I’ve had the AC unit for over a month, and it’s performance has been perfect. Easy to set up and quick to learn. I haven’t had an issue with the unit and it has been running 24/7.

LOVE that it can be turned on/off remotely!
This is awesome! The fact that it can be turned on/off remotely AND from your phone/tablet is a game changer! You can even configure it with Google Home. Plus, it has 4 functions: heat, cold, fan, and de-humidifier. What more can you ask for?
