this was purchased in august 2023 started having problems with not cooling in April. had 5 different repairmen work on this unit and was finally given a refund in July 2024. after having 1 part replaced three times the compressor and the condenser and it worked for less than 2 weeks when they finally approved the refund

Great for air. Not for heat.
2.5 star. Simply because this ac unit doesn’t do its intended job. The heater went out within a few months on this product. It’s freezing in our home and this is our main source of heat. We have bought small space heaters to help, we can’t get anyone to help us fix it and our landlord refuses to replace it since the air conditioner part works fine. And I absolutely can’...

Super cold
Installation was a breeze. The output is fabulous. We only run it on fan speed low. It cools our florida room and camper with no problems. Perfect for Florida's hot summers.

Work horse
I’ve had this two weeks now. Temperatures here in east Texas have been 105 to 109 each day. This unit under these adverse conditions has performed flawlessly. I’m impressed so far…. Hope this unit last a long time.
