It’s OK

failure to perform
i bought this AC on 6-1-23, had it installed, it was working good for a week and then it quit cooling on 6-11-23, i have not been able to return it yet,but when i do i'll get my refund and purchase some other brand of AC not an LG.

LG is a name I trust for all my appliances.

I bought this unit and really liked it so when it died last month, I quickly ordered another one just like it. Worked great and installed it in the wall with good ventilation.

Had a issue and lg took care of it
I purchased this unit two months ago and it works very well ac and heat on it our electric bill isn’t outrageous so that’s a plus we did have a issue with it and we called customer service and they were very professional they sent a technician out to fix the issue and the unit works as good as new we are definitely satisfied thanks lg

The noise level is high due to the small supply area making high velocity air noise.
The temperature drop is only average 15 degrees from return to supply.

One of few with heat features
This is my 3rd unit, I'm hoping this last longer than the other 2. My first one and second one started leaking freon at 2 years old. My second still under warranty had to be fixed twice. So will see how long the 3rd one last.

Not happy at all
I bought this and it worked great for 3 weeks.my house felt great! All of a sudden the motor stopped. There’s power to it but it just stopped. I’m in a rural area so it seems challenging to get someone out there to look at it. It’s al frustrating cause no one has even called me about it and it’s been out for about a month. Works great!
I bought my LG cooling/heating appliance about a month ago. It's so faithful during the summer months and good to me during the few and far between cold days during the winter here in deep south Texas! WiFi stopped working after a year
I bought the LW1221HRSM & the LW8021HRSM in July of 2021. They were purchased because they had WiFi and I could turn them on remotely when the temperatures were below freezing. Powerful window unit with strong heat and cool
We purchased this unit to replace ours that was legitimately from 1970 something. We can only hope this one lasts as long!
