Cools the room
The machine is noisy, similarly to a window unit, and it feels like it takes longer to cool down the room than a window unit. But that's not unexpected and it does cool down the room. So for a room in which a window unit is not possible, I consider this a great buy, though I would suggest buying a higher btu than you think is necessary.

Unreliable, disappointed with brand
Bought first one 3 yr. ago, it quit in less 2 yr. Bought another one 05/24, "rested" it for winter, first use 2025 was in March - did not blow any cold air. LG did give full refund. However, am very disappointed that this unit doesn't perform for a MUCH longer period of time.

Keeps Room Cool
I started using this unit about a month ago and it has performed flawlessly! It keeps my 15o sq ft room cool nd comfortable. It is easy to use and install.

Lots to be desired
Cheap unit means short life. This is my second one in a year and they seem to only last a few months. They do cool well and offer good styling but don't compare to the older LG models

Nice LG air conditioner
I bought this LG air conditioner in June, and it really is a nice model and keeps our upstairs area cool. Very satisfied with its performance.

one season machine
DO NOT PURCHASE used last summer for 3-4 weeks when home hvac failed requiring repair. After safely storing the portable AC unit for about 12 months, today the compressor kicks in but no cool air comes out. Unit appears to have lost the refrigerant similar to the other complaints posted.

Good product fair price
This is the 2nd LG air conditioner I have purchased, and both are working great. I bought the second one because of how well I liked the first one.

Great size and power
Takes a While to cool the room but it works more than perfect! I think that it is a perfect option to small places and is very easy to move.

LG portable AC comes through
After much research, I chose LG's LP0621WSR. (I have awning type windows so needed to create a wood frame to vent the AC, but if I had had double-hung windows would likely have gotten a traditional window unit.) This is the second portable unit that I have purchased and they are great. It prevents my central from barely running at all, thus saves greatly on my electric bill.

Enjoying the Cool

Great disposable air conditioner
Only worked for two years. Great disposable air conditioner. It appears that it leaked coolant from the closed system!. I purchased another brand 13 years ago and no issues!

Perfect for its size!
This is a strong A/C unit that will cool the exact size space that is it rated for. If you try to cool a larger are, then you may need a fan to move the cool air around. I am really happy with tis purchase, and it has made it SO much easier to sleep on these hot nights.

Disappointed
Don’t buy this portable A/C unit. This unit is extremely noisy and doesn’t turn off unless you unplug it. What a disappointment.

I bought this AC unit based on its ratings. This AC unit is very well designed. It's a Cadillac. Seeing is believing. I can control this unit from my bed via a remote control that has a digital window. I look forward to using this AC unit and the remote control every time I go to sleep when it's warm outside. Cools OK But Lacks a Very Important Feature
This unit is ok. We bought this last summer to help cool our infant son’s room at night for sleeping. The biggest disappointment is that it does not turn off when it reaches the desired temperature. It either has to be on the whole time where it makes the room way too cold for him or we have to try to use the timer to estimate how long it should stay on. For this price ...

Unit was a dud.
Unit worked well last summer when purchased. When started this summer, unit did not cool at all. 3 weeks out of warranty (12 mo). I had purchased 2 other units which so far are functioning fine.

Not Worth It
When i first got this AC i loved it and thought i was a great investment.
