Not reliable
Bought this last year used it in our bedroom at night and it was great. Got it out this year and it won’t cool. The compressor doesn’t kick on the one time it did it wasn’t cool air.

I bought the subject a/c unit and was surprised to discover this latest version shuts off both the fan and compressor to save energy. I was accustomed to the fan running constantly.
Product support did an excellent job diagnosing this matter, and quickly, too.

Great features very easy to maintain
Bought this to help out our older AC unit. Heat in South Georgia is very hot!!!! Humidity is unreal. Great Portable AC

Purchased 2 yes ago to help with our rv ac units to assist with the Oklahoma heat.
Has performed very well so far. Only issue is finding a drain line for this unit, still looking.

Control panel was clearly labeled for use.
Beautifully made product and attractive. Placing the exhaust tube in my Anderson side swing out window was a chore, as the panels supplied are not meant for this type window. BTU output f this A/C sufficed for my living room square footage, primarily getting rid of humidity. I have found that all South Korean made products have good quality.

Love this unit- does exactly what I needed!
Just got this air conditioner today and it’s been a Godsend! I live near the ocean in Southern California where we used to not need air conditioning so my house doesn’t have one! My bedroom is the hottest room in the house and this unit cools it down quickly! Loving it so far!

Keeps Room Cool!
I bought this air conditioner about a month ago and it was a great purchase! The air in my home suddenly went out and I needed something quick for this Memphis heat. It keeps my room cool and comfortable! Definitely worth the price!

Purchased this 2 years ago and it has only been used periodically thru the summer when it is extremely warm and night time temperatures are in the 70's. It was not used 10 nights in 2023.
