Cheap plastic cover produces loud noise
It does the job, but the plastic cover that goes around the front of the unit is cheap plastic that tends to vibrate excessively and produces a very distracting noise.

Cools Beautifully
We purchased this air conditioner couple of weeks ago. It is Big and beautiful. It cools beautifully but one of the faults I have is the snapping sounds it makes when it kicks in and out constantly. an exact fit
This unit is quiet and cools one room to cold and doesnt distribute the cool air like my previous unit. The energy efficient newer units are not cooling efficiently unfortunately

New LG 18,000 btu
We are so extremely happy about our new LG air conditioner...it's so great to have it come on and off when house is satisfied and for the first time my electric bill was lower!! Also very quiet...great product!!

Very Reliable
Due to a house fire, i was unable to use the air conditioner when I purchased it. Almost 1 year later, I finally got to install it in the house I am renting until my home is ready to move back in to. I am so Extremely Happy with the unit! It works like a charm! From one end of the house to the other is nice and cool, which is important since it is 90 degrees outside...

Easy to install and use, cools instantly
I bought this as my previous AC unit was showing signs of giving up. The removable casing and the many features made this my choice. Super Cool!
Recently got this A/C. I love it. Cant believe it cools the whole downstairs. no issues installing and getting it up and running. The remote is a nice feature as I can easily adjust from the couch.

Keeps you cool!
I got this for our garage that we converted in to a man cave for my husband. This unit works beautifully! There are 3 cooling options/speeds. This definitely can cool a room! It also says it restarts quickly after a power outage. We haven’t had that issue yet so I can’t comment. However, if you’re looking for a larger window A/C unit, this is the one to get!!

Great Features
I got this a few weeks ago and I really couldn't be happier with it. It's cooling much better than my old air conditioner and it's cheaper to run. It comes with a remote and it's wifi enabled and extremely energy saving compared to my older model

Wow!
This air conditioning unit is amazing. Very easy to install in my window. I love the wifi feature a lot making it easy to control the ac unit from anywhere. I use this in the downstairs part of my house which is a pretty large space. It keeps the entire downstairs cool and I love that the unit isn't noisy. Very pleased with this air conditioner.

Great working a/c
We got this 18000 btu a/c and I’m so glad we did it was a little difficult putting it in but only because it was so heavy but once in we had no issues programming it to using it. So far I will say that it does an excellent job keeping my home cool. Love the fact it has a remote control which also makes it easy to adjust. Will definitely recommend to everyone

Omg works so well
Im using the LW1821ERSM and I really do love it. Its amazing. Im using it in a medium size area, that has tanning bed and it keeps it so cool and comfortable. I’m in love
All I can say is wow …. This is the most powerful Air conditioner I ever had . It’s the best it can cool down a whole house just this one air conditioner when I have guest over they think I have Central air
