If I had known that the printer will not even print in black and white when any of the toners are "out" of toner, I would not have bought the printer.

Not bad, but still needs work.
A very good printer - way better than my old HP laser printer - but a problem: the printer is shared with three computers and two iPhones. The printer simply doesn't like the desk top computer for whatever reason. Would not buy again
This printer just doesn't do what it needs to do. Frequent jams, which require a lot of disassembly to clear. I spend way too much time reprinting and fixing the printer. When the toner runs low, I'll probably buy an HP. My old HP retired after 12 years, this won't last 2 years, so I don't think I saved money.

No Continue Mode
This printer will not print once it detects no toner which it frequently does much sooner than the toner running out. There is no option to ask it to continue printing so you will never get the full life out of your toner cartridge. Also beware of the refresh program. It is very expensive and the toner stops working when you cancel so you have to purchase new toner. ...

Great all-in-one laser printer
We bought the Brother MPC to replace another Brother that after 11 years it decided it was too tired to spit out the printed papers. We performed surgery on it but it was unsuccessful. We expect this one to perform at least as well as the last one.

Great Printer

Was originally online that it accepted a second tray well we purchased and have been using then trued to add a second tray and it actually is not compatable and does not work. Sadly i have no recourse now but to buy a new printer which i will, but not from brother -

mostly regrets
This has been a total disaster. I wish I had never purchased this printer. So many problems. I'm not going to list them all but a few
- no support for windows 7
- they blocked me from creating a brother account
- couldnt get wireless to work
- install software is really awful
- firmware update is useless

Unprofessional printer - Waste of time
Paper consistently curls.
Impossible to present professional documents to customers.
