Look no further
Exactly what I needed for printing, scanning, copying, and printing envelopes... all in one! It's like finding a needle in a haystack. This is the second Brother I have purchased for the same purpose and the last one lasted about 8-9 years.

I purchased this printer because it had great reviews, however, I don't like anything about this printer. It is truly the worst printer that I have ever purchased. Would not recommend.
I've always been a fan of Brothers printers however this model fails, substantially, in comparison to others. It is slow, pages curl upon printing (from rollers), ink usage is faster than expected, it goes into sleep mode far too soon, and always wants to print on both sides of the page. Two-sided printing is extraordinarily slow. Would not recommend.

Only had a year and had to replace.
Quality and speed were great to begin with, but the toner cartridges are way too expensive and I didn't get the number of pages they claim I should have. I have a need to print mass pages monthly and this cost way too much. And just after a year, the print quality has greatly diminished.

Great Printer
Had my last printer 20 years. Yes , 20 yers and decided to go with a Laser printer. So glad I picked the Brother MFC-L3270CWD with the help of Jacob. Easy setup, smooth printing, and copying. Ran envelope through flawlessly. Just a great Laser printer. Well built and seems like it will be durable and last a long time. Thanks for Staples help picking it. I love it.

Stopped communicating wirelessly after a week out of the box. Can't reset with a cable because my Mac ports don't support USB.
Back to the store. Hopefully for something that prioritzes function over bells and whistles.

Machine does not automatically scan. Couldn't figure out how to scan. Help chat kept sending me to wrong places. Copies come out semi-curled. Never had these problems before.

The Brother laser printer is the way to go
We have been through three inkjet printers in less than 4 years and the document feeder broke on all three. We finally got smart and went to a laser printer and bought the Brother printer. It is working great and hasn’t jammed once yet.
