I’m very happy with this printer/copier. It prints crisp letters and images compared to my old brother inkjet. And I’m really excited that we won’t have to hear it charging itself all the time. I wish it was half the size though - it’s massive on my desk.

Paper Jams. ink streaks. Poor investment
This product paper Jams way too often to be pleasant to use. You have to take it apart and remove about 10 things. And the printer cartridges often stream lines across the printouts. Brother printer
This printer seems to work ok. The print and colour quality is quite good, although, the cartridge price is quite steep. Will wait to see how the cost per page works out.

Scan good, print functions so so
Mixed results, color is not clear. It also will not print checks no matter what I do. It will always use the main tray. The only way I found to print a check is to put the check in the MP Tray and pull out the standard tray. Printing envelopes is a mess. It will damage the envelop unless you open the back of the machine prior to printing so the envelop comes out the bac...

A great color laser printer
I've been using Brother laser printers for 10 years. All have been black toner only. I decided my next printer would be a color laser and the L3780 has not disappointed. Does not function as advertised
Do not buy this laser printer, the menu screen is not intuitive, the color cartridges don’t last as long as advertised, and it is too expensive for a small nonprofit.

One Great Home Office Printer
One Great Home Office Printer. I've used HP for years this Brother All in one Printer has far exceeded my expectations. Works great, easy set-up, easy to use, top feeder works wonderfully. Finally, a good home printer.

Great Laser Printer
I have been an HP Officejet for most of my life, but I recently moved to a very humid environment and I was having issues with the Inkjet cartridges. My new Brother Laser does not appear to be affected by the humidity so I am really happy.

How do you recommend recommended
Easy setup, love I’m able to print from anywhere. Great print quality for documents greeting cards. Haven’t tried photos yet. Would highly recommend purchasing this printer. Love the app.

MFC-L3780CDW Prince like a champ
I love this printer but I hated the hook up to Wi-Fi it did not work so I am directly hooked into the router.
