Look no further
Exactly what I needed for printing, scanning, copying, and printing envelopes... all in one! It's like finding a needle in a haystack. This is the second Brother I have purchased for the same purpose and the last one lasted about 8-9 years.

Huge toner waster! Environmental Disaster!
I love everything about this printer, except...
On my old brother printer, you could manually reset the toner cartridge life and/or shake the toner cartridge so that it would continue printing after the toner had officially run out based on page count, but when the print quality was still good. I usually got at least a hundred extra pages of printing by doing this, and...

Sporatic wifi connectivity.
Copy quality is fine when and if you can get it to print. Every time i go to print it requires multiple turning off of the machine and relogging onto wifi. I cannot count on it.

Fast, efficient, & multi-use for crafts
I love everything about the printer, except for the fact that I can’t change the quality of the print. I do a lot of crafting, and changing the quality would give me better results. That’s the only con about this printer. I love how easy it was to set up, how fast it prints, and how it never has any issues with paper jams. I initially bought it to foil, which only uses ...

All good.
Very happy with the print quality. Had some issues with double sided copies at first. Everything jammed. I switched to a lower quality paper and the situation resolved.

Works As Expected
Replaced a 10+ year old Epson 545, which started throwing cartridge errors even with new genuine Epson cartridges (which are now pretty pricey). Pleased to see that color laser printers are now cost competitive with ink jets.
Have owned for about 3 months, have had zero issues with the Brother. The unit and software set-up and installed exactly according to instruction...

Great color Laser printer
It is solidly built and seems to work flawlessly. Although to print correctly from my wife's android phone, install the Brother Print Service - printing directly to the printer always clips off part of the content between pages.
I think the MFC-L3720CDW isn't technically a "laser" printer, but it is laser quality and uses toner cartridges. I bought if for home use bec...

Great
Great printer. Print quality and colors are good. It is not very fast. But, for the price it is a great printer, copier and scanners.

Great printer, bumpy start
i received my printer and delayed installation for a couple of months. After installing the printer I received "DRUM" errors and could not print anything. After several weeks of back and forth with Brother support, I was allowed to take the printer to a repair facility nearby. I did not feel competent to make the repairs myself. The repair facility found a small piece o...

REGRETS
I regret making this purchase for several reasons. When the paper prints it ends up coming out curled and not flat, I'm not talking slightly curled but significantly curled. Next is the scan option, it scans but not directly to a jump drive which is what I needed so I have to go through three additional steps to scan to the computer then climb under my desk, do gymnasti...

Brother MFCL-3720CDW
I am happy with the printer except it's a little slow, which that just be because of the model, I also have had trouble with the paper curling. However, after I contacted Brother they sent me a different printer within a couple of days.

Longest lasting!
We went with Brother because our decades old laser printer finally wore out its bushings. Our Brother LH-21 has outlasted so many printers already. That is the sole reason we went with a color laser MFC-L3720CDW. Another plus it has excellent paper handling capabilities!

Good Resolution - Not Great Handling Paper
The printing resolution for this printer is good, but the handling of the paper is not. Standard printing from the tray curls the ends of the paper. You can use the manual feeder tray and open the back door to reduce the curling, but that's impractical when you have lots of copies to print.

Set up is horrible
Printer had black/multi color line on right edge. Took 4 weeks to connect with your support. The drivers then failed to load properly--so not Word or Excel data would print, only blank paper came out.

New, working well
I have had this printer for less than a month. I had a little trouble connecting it to the internet, but I think that was my problem. It seems to be working great now.

Good Printer for small office
It is a decent small printer for a small office. Not as fast as some but we don't need to print tons of paper. I like the scanning settings for different individual folders.

Loyal Brother User
We purchased our first Brother printer about 12 years ago followed by 3 more smaller units for our business. After thousands of copies, we wore-out two of them. We recently purchase three more Brother printers to replace the one that was worn and replace two of other brands. Everything was going great until something broke in the paper feed of one of the new MFC-L3720CW...
