A happy shopper
The printer is great for occasional use. No worries about the clogging of the printer heads. Highly recommended for no frequent users. The print quality is very satisfactory too. Very pleased that I chose this one. Btw, I bought a month ago and hope it will keep working as good as new.

So far, so good.
I've had this printer about a month. So far it's been flawless, printing both from our pc's and from my phone. Software is "different" from other, older Brother printers, which had us downloading additional drivers and such, but once everything was completed it works flawlessly.

Handy duplex, color laser printer.
Color Laser printers are helpful if you are not doing a lot of color printing because using powder instead of ink you don't have to worry about it drying out. like the printer
it was easy to set up and turn off deep sleep a lot easyer then brother hl-l2469dw had to get a computer man to come and set it up not infomtion in manal small screen on the hl-l2460dw

Thanks for a better product
The wife and I really like the Brother HL-L3220CDW Printer. This is our first Brother product and we feel the quality is way better than the HP products we have used in the past. Thanks for a better product!

Nice but it could be better.
It's a nice printer but it has a big drawback, It only has 512mg of memory, Which is not upgradable. I don't print photos very often but when I do I'd like to be able to to them the way I used to. My last printer had two gig of memory and a dual processor and nothing but nothing stopped it. As I said this one is a nice printer but it has that one horrible drawback.

Works with Windows 7 pro
This printer works great with Windows 7 Pro as long as you install a 64 bit driver.

Great so far. Slow to first page print.
Great printer so far. I purchased it because all our HP color and black and white lasers after firmware updates will not allow third party toner. We disposed of them as soon as they needed toner and would do the same if Brother disallows third party toner.
The only thing is I wish it was a little faster to print the first page. On Mac or PC it takes a bit of time befor...

Good quality print, double side printing feature. Easiest way to set up wit WSP pin via modem for wifi printing just in few seconds and good to go after with anything on same wifi w/o download any apps.

DO NOT BUY ANY NEW BROTHER PRINTERS
If you print a lot in an office, steer clear of any printers that have a built in chip...It only allows a certain number of prints regardless of how well your cartridge is still printing.. THERE IS NO WAY TO OVERRIDDE It...you have to throw out that cartridge and get a new one...WAste of maney and I am highly disappointed.

Only is printer, no 3 in one.
color printing is fine, but only can use for printer, no scan or copy function, make it feel lower.
