Great all-in-one laser printer
We bought the Brother MPC to replace another Brother that after 11 years it decided it was too tired to spit out the printed papers. We performed surgery on it but it was unsuccessful. We expect this one to perform at least as well as the last one.

Was originally online that it accepted a second tray well we purchased and have been using then trued to add a second tray and it actually is not compatable and does not work. Sadly i have no recourse now but to buy a new printer which i will, but not from brother -

Great and affordable laser printer

Great Printer
Love It so far. I print a lot of sheet labels for my home business with a logo and some minor colour. This printer is giving me crisp colour and prints quickly.

mostly regrets
This has been a total disaster. I wish I had never purchased this printer. So many problems. I'm not going to list them all but a few
- no support for windows 7
- they blocked me from creating a brother account
- couldnt get wireless to work
- install software is really awful
- firmware update is useless

Very happy with the machine. Print quality is great but learning curve a bit harder. Trying to set up the scanner has been a challenge.

Paper consistently curls.
Impossible to present professional documents to customers.

Not Working Properly
I bought this last September 23 for Office Use. We just print a few copies then it stopped.
It takes before we complaints because I had my vacation and just come back Nov 4.

Great printer
I am very pleased with this printer so far. It does everything I need without any frustrations so far. I have a Mac laptop and had no trouble with initial set up. It was easy. I can easily print from my iphone ipad or laptop. Scanning is easy and clear. I recommend this printer.

We got this to replace a 10-year old version of the same printer. They are workhorses. You can save money with third-party toner but not all brands are the same.
