Look no further
Exactly what I needed for printing, scanning, copying, and printing envelopes... all in one! It's like finding a needle in a haystack. This is the second Brother I have purchased for the same purpose and the last one lasted about 8-9 years.

Huge toner waster! Environmental Disaster!

The Brother All-In-One Laser Printer was easy to install and is network capable. It is a little slow on the start up in the mornings, but the quality of copies is good.

Toner issue
Have had this for 18 months. Print quality is excellent. However, had to have the machine replaced once under warranty because of roller problems. That went well. Main gripe I have is that you cannot print when the chip says that the toner cartridge is empty. There is no way to reset the toner counter, and you can’t bypass the message. Excellent printer
Very reliable printer that can print color photos on laser printer paper on both sides. I use it as an air printer from my iphone and for my desktop computer. Very fast.

Mostly ok
It goes to sleep and falls off the network. I had to use usb to make sure my computer could print from it. It does work wirelessly from my phone, though.

Super ease of use
The model we bought was to replace a competitor’s printer. The brother was more expensive than the competitor but the ease of use is so much better that the peace of mind and my wife’s happiness meter makes it worth the difference and then some.

This printer has not worked since I unboxed it (I missed the return window by 1 day - did not realize I only had 3 weeks). It has lines galore. Much good, some iffy
Prints and scans beautifully. Excellent color reproduction. Fast. Occasionally loses wi-fi connection and needs to be rebooted. The subscription service did not work right and was confusing. The cartridges are uber expensive and replacing them cost half as much as the device itself.

Works well when I can connect to it
Good quality printer/scanner, but I have difficulty printing to it, and there's a Windows bug which prevents scanning from the printer's control panel. Brother support has been of little help.
