It’s a lemon
This printer prints when it feels like it. Other times it logs an error with absolutely no explanation as to what that error might be. I cannot use it for small business because it is completely unreliable.

My fuser died!
I've loved Brother products in the past, so that's why we decided to go with this one for office and hobby needs. Our machine is about 2 years old and already the fuser needs to be replaced. Great Printer Easy To Use Great Print Quality!
I love this printer I have 2 one at home and 1 at my office and they are great super easy to set up to network without any issues and now my wife can print from her iphone anywhere in the house...

The Best Upgrade Possible
This is so much better than an ink jet printer. When you use a printer maybe once a month, cleaning the ink jet head becomes a usual practice. NOT ANYMORE! This Laser printer is wonderful. And it was small enough to fit on the printer shelf of our 90s vintage computer desk (with some simple desk modifications).

Same as the Rest
I bought a premium printer like this to hopefully avoid the constant network issues and just all around awful frustration with using most printers. This one sucks too. Same issues as any other printer, the ink is also still expensive. Not worth the price.

Brother printer
This printer seems to work ok. The print and colour quality is quite good, although, the cartridge price is quite steep. Will wait to see how the cost per page works out.

A OK printer for a small business
The print quality is excellent. The only thing I don't like about this printer is that when the printed copy emerges from the printer it is always curled upward. It doesn't come out flat. Great product at a great price
I use mine for a small business i operate in a very heavily tourist driven town. It meets every need we have. The auto ink is very afforable and they make sure we never run out.

Well worth the money for the peace of mind
I love my new color laser printer. It was easy to set up, easy to connect to and am happy that I do not need to worry about ink drying up because of infrequent use. If I had know the pros of a laser printer sooner, I would not have 5 dried up inkjet printers in my basement.

All in One Printer
Brother's all in one laser printer is a huge step up from my previous all in one from HP. Easier to use, better support, and does beautiful printing. My only objection is that the cost of subscribing to the automatic ink refill program seems excessive. I use the printer for home use only.

Great MFC copier!
My previous MFC was the MFC-9560 which is still working great. I wanted to donate it for a good cause. I have been pleased with Brother's new MFC-L3780CDW since purchased. No problems. Just good printing and scanning. Love your products.

Horrible printer
This is a horrible printer. I have been having problems with it smudging my copies and I have a warranty and I have not gotten any help from the Brother tech team.
