Huge toner waster! Environmental Disaster!

Easy
So easy to set up and printing is super fast and hardly no noise while printing.

Printer needs to be replaced
Gave us issues from the start and got progressively worse. 2 of the drums are shot after about 7000 print jobs

awful
the printer curls the paper. it's too heavy. AND there's a pink streak down the paper that will not go away no matter what I do. Terrible!

A fine and versatile printer
This is an excellent printer. It fills the diverse needs of three work-at-home professionals. One of them is an artist and has high requirements for color printing.

A NEW Laser Printer!!
Went to buy ink cartridges for my old Brother printer to find out they are scarce! Mgr of the store helped us discover a new printer - LASER!! Bought and took home, hooked up to office and WiFi AND I’m back in business!! Printer works BEAUTIFULLY!!

Perfect upgrade!
We don't print a ton but with all of the issues I was having with the previous printer, imagine wanting to go office space in it regularly, this was the perfect upgrade. It meets our needs for current and potential use and the price point was acceptable, not too expensive and not too cheap. Brother's quality was also considered.

All in one printer
Very good printer and a variety of options on color, draft, and paper.
Only downside that we did not see on the box and model is that it says fax - BUT it does not work through wireless or Bluetooth. Only with hard wire. Disappointed but was setup and opened so we are accepting it. But this was something my old HP printer did with Bluetooth.

Review of MFC 3780
I’m use to the MFC 8900, which I bought for multiple people to use in my office. My purchase of the MFC 3780 is for my personal use. After limited scanning and printing, I find them equivalent.

Duplexing issues
Generally a good product. Duplex printing is an issue. Regardless of settings in the printing app (Word), the printer flups on the short edge. I've searched through the online manual for a fix without succesd.

User Friendly. Works Great. Using Refresh program.
Brother wireless is user friendly. Better than my last HP. Using the Refresh program and am happy with it. But I would like Brother to implement a recycling program for the cartridges and drums.

2-sided printer always jams
My last brother went 10 years before it needed to be replaced. This one prints one-sided OK but always jams when it prints 2-sided. Staples has a 2 week return policy and Brother will only replace units bought directly from them. What a waste of $500.

Papers do not stay in the tray when copied
Copies great, I do not like that papers fly out everywhere if you are copying very many at a time. Also if you feed very many in to copy they come out of the top tray also. It also takes longer to start copying than my previous printer.

Sleeping giant
Sleeping giant. Just sits out of the way unnoticed. The only thing it does... Is work! I think everyone knows the struggle. I'm happy to finally have a printer that just prints when I hit print.
