Very easy and purchase.
My first online purchase and pick up. The transaction went perfectly. I received a full payment notice in just a few minutes. Mislead
Purchased this specifically because the Staples website showed it had a backlite keyboard. When it arrived, I discovered it didn't. Poor advertising on Staples part. Not sure how many other specs don't match as I'm just getting started. Check the manufacture specs before purchasing as you can't trust the Staples specs.

Quite nimble laptop for basic needs
Purchased this for a family member who needed something simple, cost effective and able to handle simple day to day usage (web browsing, streaming, video chats, etc.). This HP seems to handle all of this with ease, and not at all laggy considering it's a lower spec i3 CPU. It doesn't disappoint if all you need is a basic laptop with relatively recent innards.

Great Laptop!
This is just what I needed to do my web-based work at home. Love the number keypad, but just have to get used to not having my hands in the center of the computer. Added a wireless mouse too!

Very good hardware - overload of forced software
Good overall quality and I am pleased with the sound, especially playing video recording of classical music. I d not like the many distracting features of entertainment and specifically the games which Windows 11 seems to force to the implemented software program.

Great Laptop for the Price
Since I've retired, I only need a laptop for casual and personal use, and this one fits my needs perfectly. It has enough RAM and adequate processing speed. I don't do any gaming or run big programs that require more. It was my first time using Windows 11, but I found it easy to use.
