Easy entry into Windows 11
Bought this because none of the computers I currently have are updateable to Windows 11. Easy start up, so far I like it very much.

Mislead
Purchased this specifically because the Staples website showed it had a backlite keyboard. When it arrived, I discovered it didn't. Poor advertising on Staples part. Not sure how many other specs don't match as I'm just getting started. Check the manufacture specs before purchasing as you can't trust the Staples specs.

Laptop battery wouldn't charge
HP laptop battery wouldn't charge. Only 2% battery so I plugged in the charger and waited a couple of hours, no change to the amount. Returned the laptop for refund.

Just what we needed.
This HP laptop is the third PC by HP that we have purchased, and it is a best buy for price and quality. Setup was doable at home, saving $300 from the vendor offering, and took about an hour all told. Battery life is rated at 8.5 hrs but is not performing to that level FYI. I'm sure it's great, but
I love the machine itself but I am having a problem getting into accounts. 3 nice service men worked on it before I got it & I took it back and the manager worked on it. It's still very confusing and takes me forever to figure out how it works. This is my 4th laptop, so it shouldn't be this hard. HELP
