Did not get reimbursed for return
salesperson was great. Ordered common part for next day delivery. It changed to 3 day delivery and I wouldn't be there to pick up on 11/10. I called staples customer service and cancelled order and they said they'd have it sent back once it got to store and then they'd reimburse. I asked what happens if someone at store pretends they are me and takes it. Told that coul...

Wrong Charger
Charger did not fit the laptop. Diameter of the connecting cable was too large. My fault - not that of the product. Advice - make sure you know the diameter of the charging port. I went to a computer store and got a charger that had an adapter for both large and small charging ports.
