Horrible
Absolute piece of crap. Bought it last night but cannot get it past filling the ink. It keeps telling me there is insufficient ink. Won't override that. Won't go to the home page or any other screen. Cannot link to it from my phone or computer to access the maintaining screen. Do no buy this.

OKAY
Although I like that this printer prints a LOT more than my large HP 7740, purchasing replacement ink is a bit difficult and the printing is for sure not nearly as good as my HP, but I expected that. I purchased this for our homeschool.

Canon Printer Sale
Printer does not perform as sales agent represented. Was difficult to connnect to desk top. Never achieved LAN connection. Ended up going wireless. Given wrong help phone#. Considering returning device.

Canon GX 2020 printer
Kind of disappointed because it does not print in color very well. Even though I’ve used the on board self cleaning feature multiple times the Color INC smears every time I try to use it. II have multiple issues also with scanning larger documents

Instructions should be written for an EIGHT YEAR OLD vs a high tech.
1. Need better instructions for printing photographs. More instructions should be printed on tray.
2. Buttons on panel requires pushing down hard.
3. Window to show ink color level NOT clear.

I have yet to really test it. It seems good on the regular copy I have to see what the color and pictures look like. Only critique is there isn’t a paper guide to keep the finished copies from falling on the floor

New Printer
So far so good. Easy enough to set up. My previous Canon printer would automatically turn on when I sent a print job to it. And then shut off. I don't believe this one does that. Also having issues trying to print from my phone. Again the previous Canon printer was EASY. It may just be me getting used to it. Haven't used it enough to give it a true review.

Great printer but hard to get ink!
I absolutely love this printer for what I purchased it for mainly printing for homeschooling. It is not good for printing brochures and stuff. But it was very difficult to find Canon ink. This is extremely frustrating!

Good Printer but doesn't support Borderless photo
I bought this print to be able to print documents and photos without the hassle of ink cartages. setup today and got it up and running. discover this evening the i could print and photos without the ugly white border. spent hour trying to figure out why and discovered this canon print does support it. Whyt Canon would make this printer....

Great printer with some negatives
Once it was set up it works great with a high-quality print. Getting the printer operational within our system was a challenge. I still have not been able to get the printer to recognize the computer.

A good replacement
After finally getting it set up it works as well as the other Canon printer it is replacing but its tanks aren't quite as large.

Not very user friendly! It took a while to understand that black and white or color was the start button to make a simple copy. Printer is very slow to start printing a simple document. I hope the large ink tanks pay off in the future. Still cannot figure out how to make copies by placing on glass and not through autofeed. Not happy overall!

Nice Printer
So far the printer has worked fine. It was fairly easy to set up. I'll have to get used to using the ink it uses. All of my others have come with cartridges.

Practical
Printer quality good. Goes to "sleep" mode quickly and will not recognize printing from phone or iPad unless machine is turned on.
