Still no product delivered and Bose don’t care
Ordered nearly two weeks ago and headphones not arrived despite being promised on numerous days. Bose customer service have no interest in resolving the issue and keep fobbing me off with excuses to the courier, who also couldn’t care less! They have my money and I have no headphones!

Good, not so good in convertible on freeway
Sound quality is great and noise cancelling is quite good. I've had some trouble getting a good seal on my ears sometimes and I've had to repeatedly fiddle with it. I haven't yet tried the different sizes of rubber seals, hopefully that helps. laundry day for the ears great sound
Exceptional sound. I am hearing nuance that I remember from my old skool days with my original vinyl collection. It came with three size ear cups, trying to figure out which ones work best.

Not the best for taking phone calls.
I am really torn. By FAR the absolute best Audio and Noise Cancelling I have ever experienced with earbuds. And the fit is perfect. My problem is with the microphone and the lack of noise cancelling when using these for phone calls. Perfect sound
Love the sound… having issues keeping them in my ears, some workouts they are fine and some workouts they don’t want to stay in…gonna try to mix match the rubber fittings.

Good for music, horrible for calls
Great for music and podcasts when they work and don't disconnect from my phone. This has happened a few times since I bought them a couple wks ago. I find that the fit in ear is very comfortable but they’re prone to falling out. I had originally purchased for my motorbike to use the sound deadening feature for on road music but their a tad too large and digs into my ear but for walking good but the right ear pops continually and both do when I run. only two which eliminates human voices, to filter out distracting chatter. Ultra has gives Music experience while this one has clearer mic for phone calls.

New purchase
i recently bought these and am pleased with the sound but i do have a couple of issues. the hinge on the case seems to be a weak point and seems it won't last too long, flimsy. #2 the sound does not go very loud i have cheaper pods that are much louder.

Great Features and well fitting
I've been wanting a pair of the QC Ultra buds for a while now as I have the QC Ultra cans, and I love them,but can't wear them when I go walking in the rain. The buds are great fitting, and the features are good. The sound is awesome, and easily changes with the various modes, and EQ available on the app.

It does not fit for small ears
It does not fit in my small ears even small eartips ae use, it hurts my ear if I force it in.
I owned Bose QuiteComfort and this model fits perfectly, I wish Bose keep the old eartip design.

It was never delivered.
I bought these weeks ago. My delivery update said it was delivered but not delivered to my house. I filed a complaint. They stated that the delivery truck has tracking on it & that it showed it was delivered to my place. So they closed my case! I have security cameras and it shows no delivery from ups. I can’t give them stars because there’s nothing to review!! Be wary ...

Great Noise Cancelling Features
I deal with severe sensitivity to sudden and sustained loud noises. The Bose Ultra Earbuds noise cancelling feature have made a signfiicant difference.
