Highly recommend these earbuds.
This is second purchase as a gift for my wife. I have enjoyed this product for the last year having received it from my family as a birthday present. Superior performance to any other earbuds I have had, in particular the noise reduction when on aeroplane travel which I frequently do. Comfort is also excellent. You get what you pay for!

I have a pair of buds that were better than these but one needs sorting But these new ones are of a not so good in the 3 modes

Returned after 2nd use!
Used twice. On the third use, the left EarPod suggested 0% battery and didn’t work… when tried all that day it didn’t work. Late in the afternoon tried again, and right EarPod suggested 0% but both worked. Tried to use the next day and left EarPod was showing no battery even though they’d constantly been on charge. Tried to disconnect and reconnect and wouldn’t reconnec...

Terrible! On my 4th set in a year!
Currently on my 4th set in a year due to the following. 1st set stopped pairing connection where only one earbud would connect and the software wouldn’t update. 2nd set had charging issues where the right earbud wouldn’t charge past 40%. 3rd set was the case wouldn’t charge the earbuds because the case itself wouldn’t charge. Good to use but started crackling
Bought this around in August 2025 and started off very well, however I noticed that the tips became uncomfortable in my ear. I was most disappointed when the sound started crackling two months in which was frustrating. Connectivity was sometimes a minor issue as my phone wouldn't detect them being in use but that was most resolved easily.

Simply amazing sound!
Amazing - no other word/s to describe these! Already have the Quiet Comfort Ultra headphones, so understand the noise cancelling effect, but these buds are unbelievable! The sound & the comfort amazed me, plus can wear for hours with no discomfort at all - truely amazing & am thrilled with this purchase! Thank you Bose!

Outstanding tech!
I have had other earbuds but the quality of sound with my Bose Ultra earbuds is fantastic. The noise cancelling is excellent. I am impressed and they are such high quality that they represent very good value for money.

Great product
Got this item headphone s for Xmas testet and they work as I expected loud deep bass good battery duration use them with Bluetooth direct I don't use Bose ap that to glitchy same with all my other Bose items but I have used this for extended 5 HR walk ,run and they did not fall out not once no adjustments needed you ferget they are in your ear perfect fit

Pure Sound
I have now been using my ultra buds now for three weeks - there're great.
Sound is so pure with music and audio.
You are able to get a good fit by mixing and matching the ear cushion kit.
Price is a little high, but overall value is good.

great sound but thats about all
This will be last bose earbuds that i buy i cant get the left ear bud to work on its own watched countless videos on resetting and pairing but still cant get it to work
