Great Sound
Had this for a few weeks now and it replaced my previous Bose surround sound system. Got the Sub Base 700 and at some point will get rear speakers. Hoping for an updated Omnijewel pair. Sound sync is off
It seems there's a delay processing sound. There is no way to advance the sound (or delay video).
Sound quality alone is great, but Bose support is woeful.
I'm a die hard Bose fan, but instead of recommending one of their soundbars, I'd suggest a tally listening to their competition first.
Stand alone sound products are great, but soundbars.....

Thoroughly unimpressed.
I recently bought the bose smart ultra soundbar. i previously owned a cinamate which was good. I am very unimpressed with the surround sound effects and basically cant even tell i bought the optional large base module

So-So
So far the sound bar works well but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. My bar displays a red light and every solution offered by Bose doesn’t resolve the issue. To get additional help I need the lengthy serial number model number, etc.

Best of the BEST ,, SUPERIOR
I have EVERYTHING, my cars , surround sound , sound link , ear buds AND BOSE IS BY FAR THAT ABSOLUTE BEST MONEY CAN BUY!!!!

Received as a replacement for Soundtouch 300. Sound is similar with more adaptive listening features and bass. I wish there was a way to connect My Soundtouch 30 speakers and have them in sink. It can link to one speaker at a time in sink.

Still Evaluating
Mixed results. Very difficult to set up. I have made at least five calls to the help line. Spent a day trying to get Alexa to change TV channels only to find out that my cable company does not support that function. Soundbar seems to drop connection to TV periodically for no reason. The App is not intuitive. Sound is great.

Great kit but for the price but had a few hiccups
I am a longtime bose owner and currently have the smart ultra, 2x BM700s and the Surround700s. 18 months ago My SB900 arrived dead and I had to exchange it, the other day it died again updating itself in the night, bose replaced it free with the SmartUltra and reassurance I won't have that issue again. Slightly disappointed with only a 2 year warranty from original date...

Great soundbar
It’s a great soundbar. I’m going to have to upgrade my tv to be able to use the Dolby atmos features. Tv is too old and only supports arc and older Dolby functionality.

Very Happy
The sound quality is fantastic. I didn't think I'd notice a difference between this and my 700 but it is noticeably better. Coupled with the 500 subwoofer and I don't think I could be happier.

Great sound!
Love the Smart Ultra Soundbar. Sound quality feels like i’m in a theater. I did pair soundbar with bass module and smaller speakers. I have older Bose Cinemate GSII which still works. Much deserved upgrade and do not regret purchasing.

Fantastic Smart Ultra Soundbar
The Smart Ultra Soundbar is on lone as Bose don’t have stock of the Black one, but the sound is fantastic and can’t wait for the Black one to arrive.

White Cords/Wires
I love my system. My only complaint is I bought a white system to match my mantle below my tv and the cords are black. It’s ridiculous to me that you would do this. Being that it stands out with all my white decor. White system should have white cords…very logical. Very surprised at this.

Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar
I bought this 2 weeks ago. I bought the Bass Module 700 a week ago. This thing is amazing! The sound is very good. It’s great for watching movies. I look forward to getting the surround speakers next.
