amazing sound
i upgraded this soundbar. from SB-500 to SB-900 then SB-ultra . i attach two woofer and sorround speaker. amazing sound

Good sound system that can be improved
I purchased this soundbar as a part of a sound system. The soundbar is great but needs the help of the Bass module to get the low end sounds. The surround speakers are OK but not great - if the surround speakers were better my rating would be a 5.

Expensive but worth it
I have resisted buying a sound bar for years. I almost bought the Bose speaker or Samsung sound bars. Perfect sound bar!!
This is perfect for my new home. Vaulted ceilings give this sound bar, and accompanied other speakers and bass module, the chance to really shine.
I have had this before. This is a replacement unit because the movers stole my other soundbar. TIP: DO NOT pack it in the same box it came in.

Not easy, Bose is trying too much teck
I have had to spend way too much time to get it kinda working. My son and daughter-in-law spent too much time [hours] trying to get it to work. First Bose product that I have purchased that is not easy to use. I have purchased in the past, 4 other Bose products and they are great, wonderful.

2 days in and it sounds great but….
The sound is excellent from this soundbar and specifically the clarity of speech (which is what we wanted it for).
It is a bit tricky to setup but my main issue is that shipment was a week later than it should be and the Bose agent I messaged was disinterested when it was 6 days late!

Immersive sound-they're not kidding!
Awesome sounding soundbar, purchased it and surround speakers for a new space in our house, an addition that is not yet complete. I had to unpack and set it up in our current living space. Surround speakers make all the difference. Sound is amazing, will be even better in the new space. Will be adding the sub at a later date. I'm a Bose guy forever.

Great - when it works !!!
I bough this a month ago as a replacement for one bought two months previously that had stopped working / hung on a firmware update. The Bose support teams best offer was to return the first one, wait up to 25 days for it to be fixed and returned. So i bought another and received a refund when i returned it. The support from Bose was disappointing to be honest.

Bose smart ultra soundbar
I have had this for approx 2 weeks and still experimenting with it however it has great audio level responses by itself. The bass is impressive as a stand alone device. In arctic white, it blends into my decor seamlessly. I will get the surround speakers and bass module later to complete the outstanding set to replace my old Bose Acoustimass setup.

Awesome sound quality
I bought Arc Ultra Soundbar and I would say the sound quality is awesome; however from my perspective, a woofer is needed if you really want cinematic sound quality.

Great addition to any tv.
Bought this three weeks ago , love it. I Wish it would of come with longer USB, optical, and speaker cables, but works great, sounds fantastic. Would buy again.
