Great Sound And Easy Set Up
Been looking for a while to replace my SoundTouch 300. Was looking at the Ultra but price was a factor. Then the Black Friday deal kicked in and I got it for a great price.
Easy to set up and connect. Great sound so far, with a definite difference in the AI vocal function. Looking forward to blasting some proper soundtracks through it.

Probably a great product, but setup/support fail.
I had issues with the setup and eventually had to restore to factory settings based on a You Tube recommendation. The software initially failed an update and locked up making the sound bar inoperable. I also needed an extra part for the mounting kit and found there is no support or way to order. Fabulous sound!
Replaced my Soundbar 600 as it was constantly plagued with connection issues. The Ultra is much better (although not all of the ARC/CEC capabilities still don't work with my Sony Bravia)
BUT, simple connectivity works and the sound is awesome!

Not happy
I am not happy! Have been with an agent for ages trying to work out how to connect surround sound speakers to a stand. She tells me I need a plate.

Great sound quality but painful to set up
After a very frustrating setup period where the soundbar refused to stay connected to my Bose rear speakers I finally got the speaker connected. In terms of overall sound quality it’s quite impressive particularly when it comes to how it handles dialogue. I do wish the upwards firing effects would be more pronounced however (it’s very subtle).

Web site rubbish. Still waiting for refund
Well the web site had a sale price, when checking out price increased. So on chat got told to buy at the higher price (?????) and they would refund. Still waiting for refund. If it doesn't happen soon the whole is going back

At last we can hear the dialogue in movies
The voice option is wonderful. Large TV these days have speakers in the rear, added to the issues with movies pushing music levels high, we had trouble hearing the dialogue. The voice option on our Bose makes the whole sound experience work very well.

Tremendous upgrade. but still great Bose sound
What an upgrade form my old Bose theater speakers, accoustimass subwoofer and speakers. Being able to hook up rear speaker without running long wires was so nice. the sound for movies and live events is wonderful.
highly recommend the soundbar, subwoofer and rear speakers. Quality of sound and the quality of packing is top notch. I love the system.

Amazing sound
I'm challenged with lack of hearing and require hearing aids. I was unable to hear vocals clearly with my old soundbar. The difference with this Bose Ultra is significant and I'm able to enjoy TV again.
