Love ‘em!
I had a really high end pair of earbuds that sounded fantastic but were bulky. At the end of the day I decided it’s better to have these as I’m in the Apple ecosphere and the small footprint flawless connectivity and still good sound were best for me. I’ll leave the phenomenal sound to my over the ear headphones and day to day functionality to the AirPod Pro 2s.

Right off the bat the noise canceling features work much better than on the plain pros. The hearing test feature does work well it agrees with the professional evaluation I had done recently. Used as a Hearing Aid they tested my hearing then set it up to match my needs. Very simple and direct like everything Apple. They worked better for me than my real hearing aids which cost 10 times more. Only complaint is that the charge only lasts about 8 hours. When one considers price with performance it’s a real bargain! I recommend it highly.

Staples has no customer service!
The iPod ear pods that were purchased at Staples need a block to plug into to charge. Unfortunately Staples present business model has few employees and NO one in the store had any idea of the size of the cord on the ear pods. I would have had to come back to the store when someone who knew products was there; But who knows when that will be. Shame on Staples.
