Brother MFC-J5340DW is the worst printer-EVER!
The new MFC-J5340DW was a bear to try to set up in Nov 2023.. Up til then, I had excellent results with two Brother printers, but this one wasted, literally, hours and hours of my life trying to get it to print. Works great once setup
As I found no specific mention of it in the quick start directions I had figured that the printer driver(s) was being installed behind the scenes. I got the WiFi connected easily per the instructions but kept getting “no internet connection” at that point. I prefer Brother printers
I install and support a lot of different brand Printers and for me Brother has always been the best when it comes to productivity and rarely needs any glitchy network disconnects fixed.

Cadillac of Printers!
I received my printer today and have to say it is the Cadillac of printers!! Very easy to set up and connect to my home WiFi. Easy to follow paper instructions came in the box along with printer screen instructions to help guide the set up process. One and two sided printing are both quick and great quality. Being able to scan 11X17 prints for work will be a lifesaver! ...
