Great printer, great price
I used this kind of printer before this is my 4th one I have 2 offices and I love the speed, without the jamming and the price is just within anyone's budget. I do recommend this printer.

TERRIBLE PRINTER-DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
This started off as a good printer but after a month it went downhill, we need to change the ink about every 3 weeks and then the copies come out with lines through them and barely legible, had to clean the barely even used nozzles 5-6 times to get the print to come out decent (not perfect) and then the ink is down over a quarter to half, it's an endless cycle.I've writ...

great buy
Works great. Fairly easy to use. Downside, I have only used the print function once, (used the scanner) but it seems to use ink even if not printing.

Excellent well priced printer
I wanted a simple to use and efficient printer and that is what this printer is. Easy to set up and use and so reasonably priced for such a good machine. It is quite big but that is not a problem for me.

good printer, had trouble getting cash back offer, although was resovled.
The scanner will not scan to computer even though I have installed appropriate software, I have to scan it to usb stick.

Poor Print Quality
Print quality is poor. Faint lines running through document Repeatedly ran print nozzle cleaning and alignment. Printer uses more ink than previous Brother model J6935DW. Tried to contact Brother support waited an hour and half on hold waiting on agent. Chat bot no better, no reply when you clicked submit

As I found no specific mention of it in the quick start directions I had figured that the printer driver(s) was being installed behind the scenes. I got the WiFi connected easily per the instructions but kept getting “no internet connection” at that point. 1 Star Experience but I still recommend it with conditions.
I purchased this printer from Staples for large format printing and higher capacity cartridges.
The printer worked fine but I did not need it for a period of time, When I tried printing it needed multiple head
cleanings. That did not work plus the ink involved in cleaning totally messed up the insides of the printer.
After 10 prints total prior to needing to clean head...

Great Brother Wireless color inkjet.

Never works properly.
This unit isn't very useful as every single time I want to use it I have to run it through 3-4 cleaning cycles. The nozzles seem to dry out/clog every day. Very disappointing. I am sorry I ever bought this printer.

I received my printer today and have to say it is the Cadillac of printers!! Very easy to set up and connect to my home WiFi. Easy to follow paper instructions came in the box along with printer screen instructions to help guide the set up process. One and two sided printing are both quick and great quality.
