Love it!
I am not a fan of inkjet printers. I have had black brother laser printers for years. Decided it was time to see if color was affordable. For how much ink is for inkjets this laser printer can’t compare. So cost effective compared.

Just Bad- stay away!
Do not buy this product. What a big waste of money. I’m not sure I will ever consider a product from this brand again. Good luck finding ink for this and if you like scanning large documents one at a time then maybe this is for you. I have had this for about six months and it looks brand new because I can’t use it. It is easier to take pictures of document with my phone...

It works. And it works well.
Good printer. I have only had to reset the wi-fi one time in the 7 months I have had it. It is NEVER 'offline', quite unlike the $$$ HP Laser that was ALWAYS offline and therefore was replaced by the HL-L3300CDW. Very Inconvenient!
The print quality of this printer is great. I love the scan & copy features as well. However, when the toner gets low, it literally stops all operations! Until you replace the toner, you are unable to use any of the features! This is very inconvenient when you need to scan a document but can't because the printer is disabled. Seems like an unnecessary feature.

Cheep piece of a Big Problem
I had my HP and had no probs but this one was not listed to even do you auto set-up. I had to higher a professional to do it for me, and was the first time ever. I do not like the screen either. It's cheep.

Auto feed????
It isn't clear whether or not it is possible to make multiple copies from multiple originals, i.e. does auto feed exist with this printer/copier?

Firmware Problem perfectly resolved!
Great printer once we were able to install the firmware. A little frustrating but everything is good now. Customer service were very responsive, patient and made sure everything was working. Only had to contact them once for the problem was resolved. Thanks guys!

Solid laser , crisp colors
I have been an hp customef for 25 years well no more. This brother laser is an excellent buy. It prints very fast with excellent quality print. The colors are crisp and clear. The construction is very sold,. I am now a loyal Brother customer.

Good printer for the price- manual feed issues
Overall a good experience with the printer so far. I print mostly color and am happy with the results. It's a bit on the slow side - I use wireless and I'm not sure if that's the slow point or it's in my system. I do mostly 2 sided printing and it does jam on occasion. False advertising in country of origin
This is a review about the Brother company as well as the printer. I tried to buy a US made product as I read that Brother makes some printers in Tennessee. I did some research and thought that I found one. I went to Brothers website and talked with a representative to confirm it's country of origin. They told me the one I had found was not made in the US but in Vietnam...

No scanning tray
Printing is pretty good, but scanning should have a feeding tray. Now a days printers that don't have this future make scanning a slow process

Like it but....
print qulaity is good, but only complaint is it takes too long to print after you hit the print button. Minor as it is, but other printers start printing as soon as you hit print. Also it took a while to setup. Small display window made it difficult to type in your internet info. in todays world, you shouldbe able to plug it in and go.

Huge improvement from HP
I am so impressed with this printer with its ease of operation and how quiet it runs. After owning HP lasers all my adult life, all I did was battle mechanical and software issues for the past 15 years with my old HP. So glad I switched to this Brother model.

Love the HL-L3300CDW! Fantastic!
I really like this printer. My spouse and I have a need to print things but sporadically. With an inkjet printer, this was problematic - quite often the ink was dried out and required a lot of maintenance to rectify, not to mention the cost of the ink.
This printer, regardless of the cost, is a Godsend. When we want to print we don't have to worry about clogged inkjets...

Easy to setup. Colors looks great. Fast printing.
I am pleased with my purchase. I have tested several color pages and everything looks great. It was easy to set up on all of my family's computers. Also, from hitting 'print' to the page coming out took less than a minute, so the fuser heat time is very quick in my opinion.
