Finally an honest company selling printers!
Highly recommend this printer for office or home use. Some useful tips: When you set it up, print your test page to make sure all is working as intended, then change settings to Mono so it only prints B&W. If you ever need to print in color just go into settings and change it back to Color. Also enable Toner Save mode. I have to tip my hat to Brother for providing these...

Terrible Printer
Terrible printer. There is no toner override feature, so it stops printing right when it says it is low. Get a printer with a toner override and save yourself 30% more money on toner.

Great Printer, but missing 2 things.
This printer is fast, efficient and good quality. However, the secondary paper slot is poor. There is not a secondary tray for letter head or envelopes. Worse, there is only a slot, and you have to feed the paper or envelope, manually and you have to hold it until the printer recognizes it and pulls it in. This is a pain. Works Great
Easy to setup downloaded just the drivers and shutoff updates so time will tell when it needs new toner how well it handles 3rd party toner.
It prints docs very sharp and clear love the auto duplex printing as other have said the photos are a little washed out but that's not what we mainly use it for so this was a good purchase for us to get away from the frequent maint...

Great color laser printer
I am really enjoying this Brother color laser printer. The footprint is smaller than my previous laser printer. It was very easy to set-up. I am not all that tech savvy and was apprehensive about the set-up process. It flawlessly connected to my WiFi. It prints beautifully. I would recommend this printer to everyone and would buy it again,

Toner too expensive-DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER
I think the toner is WAY over-priced. You got me with the cheap price on the printer. My bad. I will tell everyone I know to buy another brand.

Glitchy, and often doesn't connect, so doesn't wor
Works sometime, doesn't most of the time. Very hit or miss, especially with wifi printing. This was my second Brothers purchase, neither lived up to expectations. I am going to go get a HP next.

Being an older electronic user, I like the ease with which I was able to connect my phone to the printer. With my previous printer, which I still have, I was never able to do so. The printer does everything that I need it to do, which matches its advertising.

Good product but very limited features.
I made a mistake when I purchased this machine. My business needs a machine with copy, fax and scan capability. This machine has none of those capabilities.

Exactly what I've needed
This printer is just what I needed. It was easy to set up, intuitive to use and easy to adjust. Like other Brother products the quality is great and I am happy.
