Directions where inadequate/unclear to successfully attach the screen protector.
It’s upsetting since I lost $26.99 and now have to make another purchase and pay an extra $15 for Installation.

Screen protector is easy to put on the phone.
I was told by the sales person that this screen protector was one of the best out in the market. For the price I paid for it back on 1/15/25 I thought it would last.
Unfortunately it developed a cracked on the left side. I was told I could get a replacement free of charge if my screen protector cracked. Are you able to replace my screen protector?

Great screen protector
Your screen protector is fantastic,butnthe ability to easily register the screen protector is very time consum8ngn due to finding the correct serial numbers and letters that are not easily identified. I think the packaging and paper work included could identify the number as the actual serial number. Such as: "serial number# 1234567ab." so owners can find it easier.
