Broken handle
The dust pan arrived not in a box with the handle shrink wrapped around it the handle is broken off

Very happy with it
It's very easy to sweep into this dust pan and it's large enough to do several rooms without having to go dump it in the trash.

3 dustpans
I received my 3 dustpans in a timely fashion but the next day I found a long yellow broomstick outside the door. I don’t think I was supposed to get that. I’ll drop it off at your office tomorrow. The broomstick had a tag with all my info on it but I never ordered it.

My husband loves it
He wanted an upright dust pan big enough to go with our 13" width broom and this is the one! Love the way it folds up too. Going to buy another one for my daughter!
