Office Basics Done Well
Big fan of these pens. Attention to detail is obvious as soon as you take it out of the package with the tip covers to ensure it writes the first time it touches paper.
The ink itself is the same shade and tone as any other major brand, and the tip width is nice. The tail end of pen strokes is finer and avoids sloppy blotches at the end of words.

Stops working with plenty of ink
I've had several employees return with pen in hand saying it won't write when there is visibly plenty of ink left. Same thing happened to the one I was using. Will probably go back to the more reliable Pilot G2 if this keeps happening.

Multiple pens leaked lots of ink
These pens write smoothly but we have had 3 in the pack spill out large quantities of ink through the pen tip.
