Buy the Pilot Version
i tried these when the Pilot version was out of stock. Terrible. Will return. Just doesn’t write like a gel pen should - effortlessly.

Great pens for the money!
Great pens for the price they take an hour our so to get “broken in” otherwise great product!

Writes fairly nice and does not smear easily on most paper but sometimes skips a little sintead of smooth even flow.

Buy the Pilot Version

Cheap junk you get what you pay for
Cheap is never good and good is never cheap. While they are Smooth and draw crisp lines the plastic is garbage and the pocket clips broke off every pen in my pack. One of my biggest pet peeves with any retractable pen is the ability Tto stay where i clip it in my shirt junk quality pen plastic

I like PILOT PRECISE V5 much more. Pen tip is too thick on gel pen. Needs a fine point

Best Store Brand Pens We've Used
I can't keep these on my desk! Pen gremlins steal them left and right. I have to resort to locking them up. So these are a win. Consistent and easy flow of writing. Doesn't instantly smear which is fantastic.

Feel good
To someone who writes with a pen a lot these have a very nice feel they roll across the paper beautifully. I can do my best writing with a pen like this. And the price is terrific!

Not fine
Package claimed fine point but pen seems more like a medium or wide. Doesnt work well on surfaces that are not hard.

Flow stops; ink thins
When you open after resting sometime they write good. But if you continue to take notes after 15 minutes or so the ink gets lighter and lighter and eventually you end up just scratching the paper. And I’m attending 2 to 3 hours sessions at a time! These are not good for me.
