VERY basic
This printer may be good for home use, where you only need incidental copying. But it's not fast enough, the print quality isn't as good as I'm used to, and lord, the noises that are being made inside the machine! It was also nearly impossible to set up and I had to ask our computer whiz to help. I never would have been able to do what he did, despite going step-by-step...

So difficult to set up that I return the printer
This was the most counterintuitive installation of any piece of equipment I have ever had.
The starting guide that came in the box was wholly inadequate, and even conversation with tech-support, after I finally could get it, it still remained extremely difficult.
I ended up returning the printer

Beware of included ink
The ink that comes with the printer is only useful with trial of Instant ink subscription. If you use it and decide not to keep subscription you must replace with purchased ink or printer will be disabled. I did not discover this until I cancelled. I had to take out cartridges not yet empty. A total waste and stupid marketing scheme. Most other printers come with fully ...

A good printer at a fair price
The setup process was a bit of a challenge. I am gradually getting used to it. It seems to be a pretty good printer at what certainly is a good price.

Happy with my new printer!
Printer was very easy to self-install by following the instructions! I like the sleek look too. It operates great with no paper jamming or other issues. Would definitely recommend!

Refurbished - not so much
first printer didn't work and had to return. Getting help was a nightmare and took hours. Second one was ok. Have done refurbished units previously without an issue. Not sure I'll do it again. Nightmare. Timeconsuming. Unfriendly.
