Ok now but it wasn’t easy getting therr
The printer itself is now acceptable. But after 25 years with HP equipment, and history setting up dozens if not more HP printers, this model was extremely difficult to set ip, snd more importantly, to get it set up in my system. Not too big and heavy, so multifunctional yet good for homes and offices with limited space.
If one is a first-timer using this printer, some patience is needed for setup before the printer is useable. I suggest first watching the videos on how to install the ink cartridges.

Printing and scanning, including to and from remote devices, seem to be working very well; don't care about other functions like faxing.
Biggest fault I've found is the lack of documentation, both that provided by HP with the printer and online, but this is not Staples fault.

Worst HP Printer I have ever owner
Not sure why, maybe we just got a lemon, but this printer has been consistently worse than our existing printer, an older HP model.

Excellent copier with easy setup!!
After 10 years, my Brother all-in-one office jet printer required maintenance that would be too expensive. I saw the HP OfficeJet Pro and was sold!! I was thrilled at the ease of setup and am amazed at the brilliance of difference in the printing and color. So far, I am extremely pleased!!

Can never connect constant have to restart
This this was a headache as soon as it came out of the box. You would thinkwith the level of experience HP has at this point that their products would work out of the box. Spend 2 hours with tech to get setup and still have ongoing issues. I regret replacing my printer.

Easy setup. Only drawback is the ad said it uses the same ink cartridges as her predecessor and it does not, leaving me with unusable cartridges.

DO NOT BUY! Terrible Printer
On the HP app the printer registers as a different model and wants to install the wrong drivers. Manually installed the correct drivers. Overwrites drivers because it has to use the app to print anything. Finally get it working and it does not use the print settings that I selected to print, always does the opposite. This printer is only good for reenacting Office Space...
