HP printer
The machine is good. Works good. I don't like that it come with only stRter ink cartridges. After paying g alot of mo ey I should have at least gotten a full size cartridge. It won't hurt hp financially if full cartridges were given.

Perfectly sized
Bought different printer but had to return for this one. Which fits better and the ink goes in easily. I like that HP printers have mobile fax if you buy a printer with the fax capability. Love that you can feed the documents from the top.

Although the quality of the print is okay, the quality of the machine appears not very strong. The directions for setup is poor. I am unable to print addresses on A4 envelopes. While attempting the message that the paper is to narrow is enunciated. It appears that the usability is too minimal for the cost.

HP printer fully meets my expectations
The first printer had corrupted memory. The second printer fully met my expectations. The HP Instant Ink subscription process required 45 minutes on the phone with Technical Support.

I had trouble setting this printer up and it is still not right. A person that knows about computers and printers tried to set it up, but could not get the wi-fi to work. We got it print by plugging it into the computer. I would love to have it work by wi-fi so I could use the fax.

Rarely Prints
Our last HP Printer worked like a champ. Always printed. never any issues. Until it stopped working. We upgraded to this printer and it RARELY prints. Terribly disappointed.

My HP Office Jet Pro 8135e printer arrived a day lste, but after I connected it - following all steps indicated on the booklet that came with it - it works like a charm. It helps having had the same type printer earlier, and remembering the way the paper tray is properly adjusted.
Let's hope this one lasts longer that one year.

I received an 8139e a month ago and one of the cartridges wouldn't lock into place, They sent me another printer after I had tried to see if there was a geometry issue with the cartridges in other slots and the carriage got locked off to the right and wouldn't move back to center and allow me to correct the issue. stay away
have had the new hp officejetpro 8139e for over a month and even calling hp support/help still not set up. suppose to be wireless setup but even hooking it direct to the computer, still won't work. stay away way away...
