Good printer, but the set up can be a little challenging
The purchase at Staples was very easy. The printer itself will probably be fine. The casing of the printer feels a little fragile. It’s light plastics . Be prepared that you may have to reset your modem during the set up process. It took far longer than it should have. It was very easy to set up with HP SMART. I LIKE IT SO FAR BUT ONLY HAVE BEEN USING FOR UNDER 2 WEEKS SO IT IS TOO EARLY TO TELL.

HP SMART PRINTING
I am pleased with the printer. I used the the HP SMART PRINTING as the default printer instead of spending time to install (or troubleshoot) the printer via WiFi directly. IF you are not computer savvy just follow instructions perfectly, no deviation. Install the HP Smart App, update the app as required, and you will be good to go!

new wireless printer
I had serious problems connecting the printer to my computer. I had to pay an additional $49 to have a third party correct it. In the past I had only connected by selecting the printer name off a list that posted from my computer.

At tax deadline time, my HP all in one 8139E which was only a few months old The document feeder completely stopped working so I couldn’t scan anything in to send to my tax guy I contacted HP and after a couple of hours on the phone it was determined that They couldn’t fix the problem. I had a great HP printer for years. With the windows 11 update HP disabled my driver and forced me to purchase a new printer. The new printer it's the most cumbersome I've experienced.
