Blue ink leaked when tape was taken off.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the printer. Delivery was faster than I expected! Only 2 days! However, the blue ink cartridge leaked when the tape was taken off for installation. I also though it was a major pain that I had to sign up for 3 months of Instant Ink to get the printer set up.

stay away from office jet pro from hp they jam way too much trust me I had older model hp office jet pro 8035e all did was jam way too much

Less Than Satisfied
Purchased two months ago. Print is much slower than my old HP. It constantly says it's out of paper, but is not. There is no stop to hold the 8 1/2 X 11 paper in place. Doesn't hold the print quality setting that is selected. Wish I hadn't disposed of my old printer

Sadly it’s not a good one!
I ordered this machine 2 times. One time didn’t print and the second time didn’t print color. I had the old model and worked amazing. I don’t know what the problem is with the updated version. But sadly it’s a terrible product.

like the printer so for but I had issue with the last printer not printing using Microsoft edge
this printer is very slow not sure why, once I hit print it takes 20 second or more to print why is that, need to print faster

Challenging

So far this printer has been terrific. Set up was fairly easy. I just had to help my husband figure out how to get the scan mechanism working. DL’d what was needed and now he’s all set.

Was not able to complete set up due to a printer head issue. After texting for almost 2 hours with HP “bot” who had me trying different things, they finally agreed to send a replacement. The replacement has basically the same but slightly different defect. I sent the original back and am tossing the replacement rather than “chat” online for another 2 hours for another...
