Easy Install
It was an easy installation straight out of the box, canāt do better than that. The price was a really good deal. All you get is some starter cartridges so I had to buy some real ink cartridges soon after.

An Okay All in One Printer
The all-in-one printer works well. My only issue is that there is not a quick, printer specific, app for this unit. There is only one universal HP Smart app. Not nearly as good as my prior HP all-in-one unitās app. which was excellent.

Great home office printer
I was able to quickly replace an older HP printer with the 8193e. Set was quick and easy with the directions provided. With this printer I was able to use WiFi Printing,allowing me to have one less cable to deal with.

Very nice printer
If you are looking for a simple printer then this is the one you will love, simple set up and very easy to use, plus it prints on both sides of paper. Free ink for a year really sealed the deal

Flimsy junk
Very disappointed in this printer.It has no output tray, the paper tray is flimsy and doesnāt hold the paper in place, the paper jams or crinkles, and paper jams are difficult to clear, printing is sporadic, and the control panel is difficult to use and doesnāt identify printer problems.

I've only had this printer for 2 months with very minimal use, and I received a low ink/toner notice already! I printed a report of how many "impressions" have been made on the printer. Excellent value
I needed a new printer and this one is pretty good thus far. My biggest gripe is getting it set up. No real instructionsā¦just scan a QR code. I did have to call HP for help and that took a long time but once he helped me, itās been great

Last HP device for me, they are too controlling
I was replacing a not-so-old HP printer that suddenly stopped working but I really liked. Thought this would be a good replacement. The reviews said it was hard to get set up but I didn't seem to have any problems. It connected quickly and I was able to get it to print and scan - once. I was never able to get it to work again. Useless for a Network in a small office
So this product worked for 4 months then one day we try to print from our network and nothing happened. We tried trouble shooting on our own but could not figure out the problem. After contacting our IT people to come out and trouble shoot, we learned that the network drive in the actual printer malfunctioned and there is nothing we can do. We tried to exchange or retur...
