Very unhappy with HP+
Printer has good functionality, but unfortunately, I got duped into HP+ when I set up the printer. I highly regret buying this printer for this reason. You cannot opt-out of HP+. Once you sign-up, HP forces you to stay - which is a clear red flag that it's low value to the consumer. HP+ leads to very high ink costs for the lifetime of the equipment. I would personally s...

it's connections is very slow to print
I've always used HP the only reason I got a new printer was that the load try broke and there was no option to replace it. However this printer is very slow with the connection and printing..

Prints Okay When it Prints
The prints come out okay, they aren't incredible, but definitely not bad. You can tell the difference between the sharpness of a laser printer and this with images. The issue is the software or whatever stops the printer from knowing which tray, what size paper and other print details.

pretty good
prints very nice, altho a bit slow at times. don't like the HP print app - very awkward & overly complicated, not user friendly. control panel is OK. some basic options are buried under multiple menus/layers

Loving this printer, especially now that I can print A3 as well as A4. Very clear, high quality printing. Easy set up and, so far, no wireless connection issues. I would highly recommend this printer for personal use.

Love it so far!
I run a small, Art Gallery/Studio. This larger size is great for me to scan copies of artwork! Has done really good @ printing out flyers too! It's been my best friend since I got it (about a month ago) :) Would give 5 stars, but there's allot of features i haven't tried yet.

Absolutely the worst HP printer ever
I have purchased over a dozen HP printers over the years. I was happy with all of them. I hate this one. Whether you connect with Wifi, ethernet or USB, the connection to the PC fails continuously. And when connected it doesn’t want to print pdfs or microsoft office suite documents. It sometimes works on Wifi direct. It is frustratingly useless. Don’t buy this printer.

Terrible lock in through misleading advertising by HP

Newer is not necessarily improved!
I was highly disappointed that this "upgraded" model did NOT have some of the better features I loved in the older model I had loved for years. There was no indication of the changes until I actually tried to use a feature, only to discover it did not exist any more!

The printer is nice but what was rally amazing is that Bryan at the Elk Grove CA store delivered it for me but also set it up. He spent over anvhour helping me to navigate the new prier and setting it up with WII Fi etc.
