HP Never disappoints!
My previous HP printer had a supply failure (it refused to print Cyan ink) and was at the end of its life (thanks, HP, for the email on EOL), so I was determined to get a new HP color inkjet printer. I wanted something with more speed and the ability to handle larger-than-letter-size paper. I found exactly what I was looking for with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e.

Wish I could give it a zero -- do not buy this!
IT professional -- printer keeps showing error F0.01.01.02 a critical system error has occurred. Will not print. HP had me disconnect printer from ethernet and try wireless only. Works for a day or 2 and then same thing. HP cannot seem to troubleshoot this to work for more than a few days. Today they told me to return it.

HP 9730e Printer - Don't even think about it.
This is by far the worst printer I have ever had.
When the WiFi was spotty it cancelled the job rather than retrying.
The "Smart" app was able to tell me how much ink was in the machine but when I sent a print job it would say that it was unable to connect and freeze the application I was using (note that it was plumbed in to Ethernet at this point).

I read all the reviews about this printer and after weghing my options, I made the purchase and so far so good. Set up was easy, although I did get an error saying that it was not complete, I just closed the app and reopened and things were fine. Excelent Transaction
Ordered a different printer from another site that took 2 weeks to arrive with a damaged box thrown in the middle of a public sidewalk at my home. Ordered this unit on a friday night. It arrived 1st thing Monday morning undamaged and placed within my fenced in yard. Easy set up, Easy to use and prints as advertised. Would recommend printer and Staples.

Had to Install twice
Im am a software engineer and set up network stuff often. When installing the printer it installed fine via WIFI, but printing was so darn slow on a network that has excellent WIFI speed. This is a top notch printer. It didn't come with a manual, but you can go online if you need to figure out issues. I've found it uses less toner.

Left out to be stolen!!
The delivery driver thought it would be a great idea to leave a brandnew printer, and accessories completely in the open on the porch for somebody to take. I will not shop at Staples again for home delivery. This item could’ve been stolen and caused me a bunch of unnecessary problems just out of sheer laziness..

good machine for what I need
I had the HP7740 for a few years. This one is the upgrade from that. I don't know that it's an improvement at all, but it's familiar in many ways so I like that. I had to replace the HP 7740 twice and the ink was stupidly expensive. We'll see how this one goes. You can't print in just black if any of the colored ink cartridges are out of ink. This forces you to spend more on ink.

No fax in new model, new model has computer connection and device connection problems! as a long-term HP user I have no confidence in this one, they engineered it smaller, that's the problem!
