HP Never disappoints!
My previous HP printer had a supply failure (it refused to print Cyan ink) and was at the end of its life (thanks, HP, for the email on EOL), so I was determined to get a new HP color inkjet printer. I wanted something with more speed and the ability to handle larger-than-letter-size paper. I found exactly what I was looking for with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e.

Wish I could give it a zero -- do not buy this!
IT professional -- printer keeps showing error F0.01.01.02 a critical system error has occurred. Will not print. HP had me disconnect printer from ethernet and try wireless only. Works for a day or 2 and then same thing. HP cannot seem to troubleshoot this to work for more than a few days. Today they told me to return it.

This is a top notch printer. It didn't come with a manual, but you can go online if you need to figure out issues. I've found it uses less toner.

Wonderful Printer

Left out to be stolen!!
The delivery driver thought it would be a great idea to leave a brandnew printer, and accessories completely in the open on the porch for somebody to take. I will not shop at Staples again for home delivery. This item could’ve been stolen and caused me a bunch of unnecessary problems just out of sheer laziness..

good machine for what I need
I had the HP7740 for a few years. This one is the upgrade from that. I don't know that it's an improvement at all, but it's familiar in many ways so I like that. I had to replace the HP 7740 twice and the ink was stupidly expensive. We'll see how this one goes. Ink Issues
You can't print in just black if any of the colored ink cartridges are out of ink. This forces you to spend more on ink.

Disappointing
Printing is extremely slow. When I scan something, the first one doesn't go through. It scans every other document try. Would not buy it again.

Misleading
It is a wide format printer. However you cannot scan 11X17 plans thru the document feeder. It only scans 8.5 wide! You can only scan 11X17 one sheet at a time from the scanner bed. it werks too hard when starting to use
Too much working inside in between printing.
It would be nicer to have the printer key pad options on desktop. Too difficult finding correct paper selections when changing paper size. Not user friendly when going to different paper trays. Only feature that sold me on this product was the 11 x 17 printing. Other than that, its a frustrating piece of office equipt.

Perfect for my need
