HP Never disappoints!
My previous HP printer had a supply failure (it refused to print Cyan ink) and was at the end of its life (thanks, HP, for the email on EOL), so I was determined to get a new HP color inkjet printer. I wanted something with more speed and the ability to handle larger-than-letter-size paper. I found exactly what I was looking for with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e.

Wish I could give it a zero -- do not buy this!
IT professional -- printer keeps showing error F0.01.01.02 a critical system error has occurred. Will not print. HP had me disconnect printer from ethernet and try wireless only. Works for a day or 2 and then same thing. HP cannot seem to troubleshoot this to work for more than a few days. Today they told me to return it.

Disappointing
This is the worst printer I have ever purchased. Started out with a cartridge problem that took three days to figure out and a week to fix. Now, most of the time items to print go into a queue but never print. Then, if trying to print more than one copy it just keeps printing until I pull the tray out to stop it. Glad I kept my old printer!

Unhappy with purchase
After owning an HP before, I swore I'd never get another one. My neighbor has this model and said she's basically happy with it. So, I purchased this model. I wanted to set up with USB cable since this is an allegedly viable option (though not a recommended one...wish I'd known that before purchase). New HP printer 9125e
Nice looking and so far it’s printing great. I am not a fan of the auto shipment of ink because I don’t print that much. Staples price was the lowest and the shipping was like in one day! I recommend this printer.

You use an online link to go to the set-up instructions.I found the instructions very easy to follow and was able to set up the printer quickly. The one exception was the image showing how to put the alignment paper on the printer to check it-it didn't really match the paper that was printed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
Sorry but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I saw some of the reviews weren't good but I didnt listen. I have nothing but issues, on the phone several times with support. My computer has a hard time finding it when I click print. When scanning, it scans to computer with weird symbols in place of some of the letters. Etc. Etc. Sadly I loved HP printers but sorry buy a different one !!

Spooling takes long to print
My old HP printer was directly connected by USB. My new HP printer uses Bluetooth, but it takes a long time to print jobs.
