HP Never disappoints!
My previous HP printer had a supply failure (it refused to print Cyan ink) and was at the end of its life (thanks, HP, for the email on EOL), so I was determined to get a new HP color inkjet printer. I wanted something with more speed and the ability to handle larger-than-letter-size paper. I found exactly what I was looking for with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e.

Wish I could give it a zero -- do not buy this!
IT professional -- printer keeps showing error F0.01.01.02 a critical system error has occurred. Will not print. HP had me disconnect printer from ethernet and try wireless only. Works for a day or 2 and then same thing. HP cannot seem to troubleshoot this to work for more than a few days. Today they told me to return it.

Not great for business.
I needed an affordable printer. That's the only good thing about this printer. It's not very functional. If you change the paper, you can't print unless you push the button that acknowledges you just opened the paper tray. You have to change the settings manually if you want to print envelopes, then remember to change the settings back. It has a big delay between the p...

Not sure it will live
Printer is noisy with grinding noise when printing. Checked everything, but to no avail. Cartridges go in okay but not with the click of the old one. Print quality is fine but it reverts to its default so you need to change every time, two sided, color, 600 dpi. Had better hopes for the purchase as the old one was so good, quiet, quick, etc.

Set issues
During set up, had multiple issues getting the print cartridges properly installed (had to "install a cartridge, "install", then a different cartridge, 'install", then back to the first cartridge). Finally got Print function working. Have not been able to get Copy or Scan working yet.

Ink Cost
My purchase at Staples was great and the printers works fine. Now, the ink ran out in less than a year and the cost of the standard ink was equal to 75% of what I paid for the printer. If I wanted the XL size ink it was $50 more than I paid. Staples, I give you a 5, HP a zero. Shame on HP.
