HP Never disappoints!
My previous HP printer had a supply failure (it refused to print Cyan ink) and was at the end of its life (thanks, HP, for the email on EOL), so I was determined to get a new HP color inkjet printer. I wanted something with more speed and the ability to handle larger-than-letter-size paper. I found exactly what I was looking for with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e.

Wish I could give it a zero -- do not buy this!
IT professional -- printer keeps showing error F0.01.01.02 a critical system error has occurred. Will not print. HP had me disconnect printer from ethernet and try wireless only. Works for a day or 2 and then same thing. HP cannot seem to troubleshoot this to work for more than a few days. Today they told me to return it.

Broken out of the box!!!!
A printer should be SIMPKE - it prints and makes copies - took printer out of box prior to client meeting- should have been simple set up - No!!!! One of the ink cartridges will not “ communicate “ with printer - no work around - went to meeting without printed documents to share with client!!!!!!

Functional efficient printing at budget price.
Fast, quiet, and good print quality. The fact that it can scan and print legal size as well as letter size is a plus. Not especially thrilled with two sided printing, but other than two sided printing am quite satisfied.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed with this printer. It is not easy to set up, sometimes it works, other times it doesn't . Had to get an expert to make it work and then it didn't last long.

Did not have good luck with this printer
1.)difficultly getting the paper tray open/closed
2.) Printing doesn't work (printouts are streaky, and the colors are not correct), after hours on the phone with Customer Service, they sent new parts Still does not work. They advised that I purchase a new printer.

I believe this printer was defective, not damaged but from the beginning it sucked down ink (seriously, had to replace it every 10-14 days) and the inside where you load the cartridges was a mess, like the ink leaked. I followed all the fixes HP said to try but nothing helped - I didn't even last 1 year

Okay at what it's supposed to do.
Not as easy to use as advertised. Shakes table significantly while printing - probably should be on floor for safety. Incompatible with Adobe Acrobat Pro for scanning
