HP Never disappoints!
My previous HP printer had a supply failure (it refused to print Cyan ink) and was at the end of its life (thanks, HP, for the email on EOL), so I was determined to get a new HP color inkjet printer. I wanted something with more speed and the ability to handle larger-than-letter-size paper. I found exactly what I was looking for with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e.

Wish I could give it a zero -- do not buy this!
IT professional -- printer keeps showing error F0.01.01.02 a critical system error has occurred. Will not print. HP had me disconnect printer from ethernet and try wireless only. Works for a day or 2 and then same thing. HP cannot seem to troubleshoot this to work for more than a few days. Today they told me to return it.

We finally found a home printer with the features we needed: duplex print/scan, fax, color, resize, fast print, ADF, etc. So far we are not disappointed. The only compromise was that we are still using cartridges instead of tank. That was the speed trade-off. One other 'negative': a bit slow to turn on and off compared with our last HP. Noisy and slow
It is extremely noisy and takes a long time to print the first page of a document. Scanning is not plug and play. Ink is extremely expensive.

Workhorse replacement
When my HP OfficeJet 8600 died after almost 10 years the HP 9135e appeared as a good replacement. While it is a little noisier than the 8600, the speed and print quality are excellent.

A Perfect Printer
The design of this printer is excellent. The top tray holds envelopes while the bottom tray holds the paper. I don't need to change out when I need a printed envelope since it automatically prints from the upper tray. The design of the printer is compact and fits well into the limited space I have. By far the best HP printer I have ever bought -- this one is my 4th!

Disappointed and dissatisfied in this product
Product constantly requires to be reconnected to the home Wi-Fi; require powering down and up and reconnecting through settings mode. Disappointed and dissatisfied in this product.

new printer was not working upon receiving . printer would not copy documents. Requested New Replacement Printer after 2hrs on phone. Received second printer, BROKEN. Definitely not a very good quality Inspection on products before putting out machine to public.

Setting up was quick, connecting to Wi-Fi was no problem at all, aligning the printer was easy, printing on 2 sides was not a hassle and my wife is happy that it handles the printing task she would at school to get classwork ready for her students.

App SUCKS!!!!!!!
The printer itself is a fine machine. However, one CANNOT scan without using the HP Smart App. This app is rife with connectivity issues and makes the act of scanning extremely time consuming, unpredictable and frustrating. I will NEVER buy another HP printer!!!!!!

Works Well But IT Background Needed
Printer is the new way of working with HP SOHO printers. Setting up the extra scan / email options is not intuitive and you will need your relative, neighbor or friend who does IT to help you .😀

Not Very User-Friendly
I purchased this printer recently, and while it does function, it’s not very user-friendly. Very difficult to install and set up. Set-up directions are not very clear, and technical support was automated and not useful. I was never able to get the fax portion working properly.
