Pretty Sweet
First I tried the printer/USB cable and it printed from my iMac computer. I didn’t even need to download any software. Next, I tried wireless from my iPad, just needed to make sure that they were both on the same Wi-Fi network and it printed great, no new software required. It’s a pretty sweet printer and meets my needs perfectly.

Unfortunately we had to return it
Hooked it up and it made a copy and printed a page. It would not scan the second date it stopped print in and copying. We deleted the printer and divers and downloaded the installation again. Still had problems so we returned it

Great printer
Easy set-up and quiet. Sample cartridge doesnt print a lot. Have a back up. Cartridge are a bit on the high side.

Best ever - 2nd one I've owned
Love this multi printer. I missed the cartridge -easiness. I had the MFC 10 years ago . Glad I came back to this printer today !!

Power failure requires reconnection to the network
It's great except for just one thing. I wish the printer would be smart enough to remember it's wifi connection, and reconnect itself to the network on it's own after a power failure.

Perfect for BW Printing
This printer is well made and dependable. I use it for every project not requiring color. It is responsive and has performed without error in the 3 months I’ve used it.

Very Pleased with purchase
Well ink jets just cost too much for ink refills. It was time to try something different. Brother Laser, well I'll try it and so far very pleased with the printing, double side, and time will tell if the cost will be different for refill time. We aren't heavy print people but for our home use it been great.

Six month review
This printer was super easy to setup. The black and white print quality meets or exceeds my needs for home use and school projects for children. I’m not really sure how quick it prints as most jobs are done and waiting on me from the time I hit print and walk to the printer. I made it through tax season which is where I encounter the highest volume printing, no issues. ...

Perfect machine for your home office
I bought this machine to replace my old printer and my old scanner and I am very happy with this printer+scanner+fax combo (MFCL2820DW). It also has a FAX feature, but this is the only feature I am not going to use.

Serious scan problem
The printer works fine. However, I do scan a great many documents and email them. Your machine will only send the scan documents to outlook. I do not use Outlook. This means I have to scan the documents, save them in a folder in my documents, then find said documents, write an email and attach the documents. This is very inefficient.
