Pretty Sweet
First I tried the printer/USB cable and it printed from my iMac computer. I didn’t even need to download any software. Next, I tried wireless from my iPad, just needed to make sure that they were both on the same Wi-Fi network and it printed great, no new software required. It’s a pretty sweet printer and meets my needs perfectly.

DO NOT BUY BROTHER LASER PRINTER
As soon as printer was out of 14 day return policy it ceased to access online connection with no problem on any other device in the home. Removed the printer and reinstalled no help Went to Brother website which turned out to be hacked and ended up in fruitless help and wasted hours. Called Staples and they gave me a Brother phone contact number and have been attempting...

Great Black and White Printer, Copier and Fax
I just received this printer and my husband is having a little bit of trouble setting it up from the directions and he is the Director of IT at his job! Maybe he was just too tired or the instructions are not so user-friendly.
Regardless, we purchased a Brother printer because we needed to replace our old one after having it 12 years without a single problem.

Another Good Brother Printer
This replaces an older Brother that we had for 12 years. Easy to set up on our wired/wireless network. Happy to use toner also. This printer has everything that is needed, and I expect it to last.

The person I ended out with was so excellent.
He probably was a manager. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I had his name to thank him again . It was evening and change of shift . He was much more helpful than the earlier person He probably is a manager .

Very Good Printer
In general, is a great printer. The only issue is the iPrint&Scan software. You can't see the files in the folder you are about to save to. It displays an empty folder not allowing you to follow names previously used.

World best printer!
this is the third of the model I have owned, Bought two 20 years ago for home and office. Had to upgrade the office one because the hardware does not work with new telephonic protocols. Brother has excellent service!

Easy set up, great print quality
The printer was essentially self starting and the wifi set up was straight forward. Larger than the HP that quit working, it still fits the space easily. Print quality is great and first copy speed acceptable
