Pretty Sweet
First I tried the printer/USB cable and it printed from my iMac computer. I didn’t even need to download any software. Next, I tried wireless from my iPad, just needed to make sure that they were both on the same Wi-Fi network and it printed great, no new software required. It’s a pretty sweet printer and meets my needs perfectly.

Unfortunately we had to return it
Hooked it up and it made a copy and printed a page. It would not scan the second date it stopped print in and copying. We deleted the printer and divers and downloaded the installation again. Still had problems so we returned it

Love it but not the subscription
This printer is pretty amazing compared to what we had before, a canon inkjet that wouldn’t want to connect to our mobile devices. This one connects to everything really easily. So I’m looking at a PDF on my phone, I click print to the brother, 30 seconds later I’ve got a printout.

The Best Printer I could've bought
From printing from your phone, to using your pc to print. This printer is phenomenal, the quality of print, and all the nice features are everything anyone could want in black and white printing. Duplex, fast printing, nice paper tray, compact, not too heavy, esc. Keep the original box, cause you'll need it for transporting the printing if you move anywhere

Excellent printer at a reasonable price
Seems to be a well built, well designed printer for someone who wants a laser printer without a lot of extras such as fax capability. It was easy to set up on my PC and is AirPrint compatible for Mac users. The only glitch was that it needed to have the firmware updated which requires a reset of the pin and download of the new firmware. Easy enough to do but came as som...

My 1st laser printer!
I was tired of cleaning inkjet print-head clogs so I bought my 1st laser printer. I like it! My sister also has a Brother laser printer. She had a previous one, a 2280, that didn't print. She liked mine so she also bought a 2480. She's the "expert" on laser printers so when I have questions, I'll ask her.

This printer is complete garbage. It constantly loses connectivity and will not reconnect after multiple restarts, including resetting your router. Don't waste your money. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Less is often more.
Less is often more. It, with the free software can do many things, but, at the expense of simplicity. I just wanted a machine that would scan, copy, and print. Getting it to do those things, once "optional" software was installed, was not easy. It would not connect to my laptop by wire or through my modem. Brother HLL2480DW Laser Ink Jet Printer, Copier,
I like my choice with this printer, copier & Scan. Setup was easy and I like the laser ink due I do not print often and the powdered ink will last longer then the liquid.

Convienent & Fast!
I needed a new printer & I’m past the days of printing pics at home. I wanted something more reliable to handle documents & this is fantastic. It’s bigger than old printer but not overwhelming, super fast & does exactly what I need.

Just what I needed
I don’t print a lot, so for me a laser is the only way to go. This one prints, scans and copies, and automatically prints on both sides of the paper. The scanner does a beautiful job at the 1200x1200 resolution. Setup was easy for the hard-wired connection. I didn’t try the wireless setup because I don’t care about that.
