good only over usb
I have yet to get this thing working either wirelessly or on the ethernet, poor networking software and setup. Computer finds it just fine, can't ever print to it. Bought this to have a B/W option if the Epson workforce printer runs out of ink. Been knee deep in networking since the early 90s.

A reliable laser printer
This is a newer version of my offices HL-L2370DW printer. Looks the same, acts the same and prints the same, and it actually costs less money that the 2370. This is a replacement for my previous Brother laserduplex printer *which was 19 years old!* and wasn't worth replaving the drum/cartridge combo.

Easy Setup! Working great.
We have a small business that uses a network system. We plugged these into our ethernet cord, and they immediately popped up on the network available to all the computers to use! It was seamless installation and fast delivery!

Hard to set up.
I have installed many printers but this had me stumped. I had our techie son help and he agreed. Now I find it will not connect to our desktop because it's too old.

I love my new Brother monochrome printer,,
I had been a HP loyal user for decades, but…. I had had enough with ink running out quickly, paper jams, and each printer going belly up before two years.

Connectivity issues
Very complicated to awake from sleep and to connect to phone .
Well built and nice when it works, but have lingering connectivity issues.
Sorry to say, would not recommend to buy this printer.

Good printer
This printer seems to work very well. It prints black and white quickly. No colors. It has a toner cartridge so it should last a long time.

Works great!
We got this because of a review in the NYT and were able to set it up and get it going using Bluetooth for an iPhone and Apple computer and a Dell computer. It is a big step up from the ink jet printer and not that much more money. Very satisfied.

Excellent laser printer in many ways
I bought an older Brother printer years ago and it is still operational. Bought the Brother HL-L2460DW for more convenient features, such as WiFi. It’s very easy to install on a laptop and it works without any issue on a single attempt. Sleep Mode glitches
The actual printing is good. I cannot get it to move out of sleep mode, other than by turning it off. This limits the usefulness of the wifi setting

Good Product!
It's a good product and is working out well for me. The only complaint I have is that it sometimes "goes to sleep" for no apparent reason and I'm unsure why and unsure how to wake it up! :)

wireless setup difficult
Setup using usb cable straight foreword but wireless connection was difficult with loss of connection & reconnection even more difficult. Printing was satisfactory (but am worried about duplexing because of experience with similar but older model yrs ago)

Does a nice job
I just wanted a no nonsense printer that worked well out of the box. And that's what I got with my Brothers monochrome last printer. Set up was easy as could be. Print is clear and crisp. Pages fly out of this machine. I highly recommend this printer and I would surely buy it again. The value for the money makes this printer well worth the investment @$149.00.
