CAN'T CONNECT WIRELESS - WILL RETURN
This is a printer and a printer only. Can't get connected wirelessly. Doesn't copy or scan. This isn't what I wanted.

Goes offline on its own
I don't understand how this machine loses a lan connection 20 feet away. And reconnecting is a laborious pain in the you know what.

Just what we needed for the house
Have been without a printer for a while. Needed to print a few tax documents and didn't want to go the shipping store reoute again. This was super easy to set up and connect all of my wireless devices. Great quality and didn't break the bank to buy it.

Good and inexpensive!
I had not print much of it but it is easy to install and print in good quality. The only thing I didn't like is the window to read the printer status is small. I have to shine a light directly into it to read.

So much better than inkjet

Alot bigger than old one"
Printer works well. I couldn't get it to work wirelessly so i just reconnected cord from old printer, and it works just fine. Sometimes i miss the color option, But not for the price difference.

It works well for an affordable B&W printer.
I especially liked that I could easily install it with a wired connection to my computer. The HP I had was a nightmare to setup using an HP tech to access my computer for several hours to connect to my WiFi and print. Then it unconnected itself! And nothing I could do would fix it. For me, I’m done with HP, and now like Brother the best.

Manual Feed is Garbage
I bought this smaller one for manual feed (letters, labels, etc.). Its absolute garbage. The feed option never lines up right (no matter how much prep work I do) and if I put in in the tray, its less than 25% it works. Hot garbage. Find something else.

Going right back
This worked exactly once. Then it refused to recognize the paper-got stuck on paper type. I tried everything I could find but the automated service bot was not much help and I don’t want to keep trying re-installing the driver. Total waste of my time and now I have to drive two towns over to return it.
