A Pleasure To Return
I bought this charger several weeks ago. It worked fine until one day it didn’t. I did not save the box and was worried about returning it to Staples. The sales person took my item, checked it out, saw that it didn’t work and gave me a new one. She did this with a smile and it was such a pleasure to deal with them.

Broke after 1 use
Super disappointing. I bought to aid in the USBc transition. Used it once, and now it’s dead. No ports work and I’m out the money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Gets the job done fast

Efficient but clumsy
The charger itself worked very well. In this season of overlapping ports to charge devices, this item stands out as a multi-function beacon. The flippable, lay-flat wall-prongs should be standard on every device sold and are a welcome inclusion on this device.

Convenient charger for work trips
My husband uses a lot of devices for his work and often goes on work trips for several days. Great multi port charger
This charger is great. I have been really happy about this charger overall. It allows me to plug in multiple USB cords and USBCs which is great. Now my entire family can charge our devices using a single outlet which is nice. It’s super simple to use and works exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Clunky but does the job
This product gets 4 stars because it does its job - it has 4 ports to charge multiple devices. We charged an iPhone, a digital watch, a game controller, and a kitchen scale on it. We don’t have issues with battery overcharging so we can’t speak to that.

Excellent heavy duty charger
This charger worked so well! It's fast charging, which was great. The cord is extra long compared to most other chargers I've had, and the cord is a very thick material. A solid fast charger with the added bonus of being able to charge multiple devices at a time and with relative speed.
