Poor stock of I Pad covers.
I needed a long C cable. It’s working fine. I really was shopping for a cover for the 2025 I pad I just bought at Walmart. The only covers you had were for 2022 models! How can that be? Nobody purchases a 2022 model. Plus I wish you sold Apple products. I hate shopping at Walmart! I got my cover at an ATT store.

Wasn’t what I asked
Not what I asked for but was assured what I needed. Bought tried didn’t work and brought back. Didn’t try again. Young man seemed to have no clue. Found it somewhere else. First time I had a problem with Staples.

Poor stock of I Pad covers.
I needed a long C cable. It’s working fine. I really was shopping for a cover for the 2025 I pad I just bought at Walmart. The only covers you had were for 2022 models! How can that be? Nobody purchases a 2022 model. Plus I wish you sold Apple products. I hate shopping at Walmart! I got my cover at an ATT store.

Too short
It did the job but I had to return it because it was too short. I did not realize that 3.3 Feet is NOT 1 Meter in length. It's very confusing.

Don’t be afraid to ask for assistance
I needed USB-C to USB-C cables. Had considered another store but I thought I’d try Staples first. They were more than enough cashiers available and I asked one not working with a customer if she could direct me to the correct aisle. She immediately escorted me to exactly where they were available and then rang me up. Doesn’t get more easy peasy than that.

I highly commend the cashier who helped me at Staples. I asked for help buying a cellphone charger & he supplied what he thought I needed. But when I got home I realized it didn’t work. So I returned & this time I brought the charger device with me which I should have done the first time! He looked at it & immediately brought me brought with me the proper charger issu...
